首先前两个句子听写有些不准确。
第一句：The plans agreed by senior leaders at a four-day,closed-door meeting in accompany social, economic and judicial spears. 应该是 the plans, agreed by senior leaders at a four-day closed-door meeting, encompass（围绕） social, economic and judicial spheres (范围). 第二句： Among economic reforms unveiled, a plan to open state-dominated industries to more private competition. 应该是 Among economic reforms unveiled are plans to open state-dominated industries to more priate competition. 前两句搞清楚了， 第三句是跟着第二句的，用来形容 “plans”的。
第三句的As应该小写，前面的标点符号应该是逗号。
