光环致远星的剧情
神风战士没有死作里没有BUG一样的士，主角是Noble小队而且还在不停地死Noble最后是全灭的故事描述Noble小致远星沦陷时所发生的事，剧情从一开始对于星盟入侵所进行一连串侦查、防卫、歼灭战，到最后致远星沦陷进行的撤退战。
故事发生于2552年7月24日，主角Spartan-B312刚好被调派至Noble小队，与此同时Noble小队总指挥官Holland下令Noble小队前往Visegrad调查失踪的士兵以及被不明势力干扰的通信站。
起初，此不明势力被认定为叛军，但最后确定为星盟先锋部队所为。
两日后，Noble小队到达军情局基地：“刺刀基地”，他们的目标为保护所有机密数据，避免它们落入星盟手中。
最后，他们成功将该处的星盟势力，包括一艘星盟轻型战舰，全部清除。
其后，Halsey博士向Noble小队查询有关在Visegrad发生的事件，而博士亦开始调查星盟攻击致远星的原因。
一直到2552年8月11日，Noble Six和Jun(Noble three)组成侦查小队，到山中的星盟基地，以便评估星盟先锋部队的兵力。
一日后，总指挥部动员全Viery区域的兵力向星盟部队展开反攻，并在Noble小队和格拉夫顿号护卫舰的协助下，成功摧毁一座星盟螺旋塔，但最后被发现其为隐藏于上空的星盟超级航空母舰的传送装置。
星盟超级航空母舰造成极大破坏，甚至将格拉夫顿号护卫舰击毁，Noble小队讨论如何将它消灭。
由于核弹已经短缺，Noble Two想出用“跃迁空间传动装置”作为核弹的代替品，并由秘密研发的军刀号战斗机和莎瓦娜号战舰护送到一艘需要该超级航空母舰支持的轻型军舰Corvette上，并以此作为运送工具。
途中炸弹计时器受损，必须以手动模式引爆，Jorge(Noble five)自愿留下，并将Noble Six推回致远星后引爆炸弹，与星盟超级航空母舰以及Corvette同归于尽。
在致远星附近的星盟部队被彻底消灭，但“特殊正义”(Particular Justice)舰队于数分钟后到达，正式向致远星展开全面进攻。
Noble Six于外太空回到致远星后，于8月23日成功协助新亚历山大(New Alexandria)的平民脱离星盟袭击，并和其小队成员会合。
当晚，Noble Six亦在充满摩天大楼的新亚历山大，成功驾驶猎鹰号把星盟设置的三个通信干扰器清除。
但是Noble小队回到ONI大楼后，星盟发动等离子轰炸，Noble Two受到豺狼狙击手袭击，当场阵亡。
一直到8月29日，Noble小队奉命回到“刺刀基地”清除所有机密数据。
过程中，被一不明AI引导至地底下的Babd Catha先行者建筑物，并发现此AI正是于Halsey协助下，研究先行者数据的Cortana(根据Halsey日记本，此Cortana为其本体的“分身”)。
当所有数据研究完成并储存后，Halsey委托Noble Six作为Cortana的护送者，并将她送到秋风之墩号。
Noble小队乘搭鹈鹕号前往秋风之墩号，而Jun则依指示护送博士离开。
一日后，由于Carter(Noble one)受到袭击而身受重伤，Noble小队的鹈鹄号亦受损，Noble Six和Emile(Noble four)被迫紧急脱离，转以陆路前往Aszod废弃船坞。
路程中，Carter为保护两人不被圣甲虫号袭击而以鹈鹕号撞向圣甲虫号同归于尽。
最后，二人成功将Cortana送到Keyes舰长手上，但一艘星盟CCS级巡洋舰突然出现，并派运兵船将精英战士送到Emile操纵的MAC炮处，以将其摧毁，Emile英勇战死，而Noble Six则自愿留下并操纵未受破坏的MAC炮掩护Keyes舰长。
最后，成功将星盟战舰消灭，秋风之墩号亦脱离致远星并前往04特区，即第一个光环。
2552年8月30日下午8时，Noble Six为Aszod船坞仅存的生还者，而该处的部队亦将兵力集中在清除该名斯巴达三期战士，Noble Six虽然杀死相当多的敌人，但仍不敌数名精英战士的攻击身亡。
一直到2589年7月7日，Noble Six在37年前摘下的头盔仍留在同一位置，而致远星亦被重建。
