This is another one of those Michael Moore type documentaries but even more extreme. By that I mean that at first glance, the film seems to completely level whatever it is attacking (in this case its telling us about how we've screwed up our climate) and does a pretty good job at it but when you really focus in on the scientific aspects, you'll find out an inconvenient truth. In this case it is that you don't here the other side of the story and there is a lot to it.Al Gore is one very good presenter and speaker. He knows how to connect to the audience and how to sell his arguments. But don't be fooled because although there is a lot of truth in what he says and the message is noble, there is more to the story than what Gore bothers telling you. He doesn't do so much lying but simply picks what he says very cleverly and knows what not to say. If you're a bit more familiar with the topic, these things become overly evident.First of all carbon dioxide. Yes, temperature rises (only 0.6 degrees C over the last century) have gone hand in hand with carbon dioxide level rises but there is more to the story. Firstly only a small part of all the carbon dioxide in our atmosphere is anthropogenic (man made), secondly the effects of carbon dioxide on global warming are logarithmic whereby the more you add, the less effect it has and thirdly, carbon dioxide isn't even the largest greenhouse gas. Water vapor (of which 99.999% is of natural origin) is and is responsible for about 90-95% of the greenhouse effect. Plus he neglects to mention all the astronomical factors that effect our climate such sunspot and sun irradiance cycles and the changes of the earth's tilt and orbit among other things. Now aren't those convenient facts to simply leave out? Then Gore talks about the sea rising by the end of this century by a whole 6 meters (accompanied by many frightening shots of famous locations like New York) being flooded. The United Nations lists a somewhat different figure- 0.48 meters. Gore simply takes the absolute worst case scenario prediction and tells us that that is exactly what is going to happen. Then very cleverly he works in all sorts of horrifying images that he passes off as the effects of global warming. One such example is the drying of lake Chad which according to Gore was caused by global warming. He says the same thing about the Aral Sea accompanied by frightening shots of boats in the middle of the desert. Unfortunately for him, both were caused by the over exploitation of the rivers that fed the lakes. There is more, a lot more.He constantly uses demagogy to support his points by showing moving images of a drowning polar bear or the completely unrelated topic of his son getting hit by a car. But despite all his inaccuracies and convenient omissions, the message is still sound. We should be looking for other energy sources and he does touch this subject briefly. Perhaps that should have been the main focus of the film.If you see this film, be aware that there is more to the scientific part of the story than what Gore is willing to talk about. See this to learn how to give a good speech and sell your arguments.

难以忽视的真相2什么时候在中国上映
电影《难以忽视的真相》上映届满10周年，美国前副总统艾尔·高尔（Al Gore）再度推出续集《难以忽视的真相2》（An Inconvenient Sequel： Truth to Power）。

高尔认为下一代回顾这一切肯定会出来质问：“你们到底在想什么
”而电影会再度揭开真相送给当权者，期盼拯救人类而奋斗。

我向大家推荐两部片，一是后天，而是难以忽视的真相，都是关于全球气候的
《难以忽视的真相》（An Inconvenient Truth）是一部有关气候变迁的纪录片，其中特别关注全球变暖现象。
电影由戴维斯·古根海姆执导、前美国副总统戈尔主演。
此片获得第79届奥斯卡金像奖最佳纪录片,由Melissa Etheridge演唱的主题曲I Need To Wake Up获得最佳歌曲奖。
《难以忽视的真相》也是一本由戈尔编写之书籍的名称，这本书曾在2006年7月2日1和8月13日成为《纽约时报》的销售排行榜第一名，并在数个月后再次登上冠军之位。
电影包含许多段落是为了反驳认为全球暖化不明显或尚未被证实的人。
例如，戈尔探讨了格陵兰或南极洲冰床溶解的风险，可能使全球海平面升高近6公尺，沿海地区将会被淹没，也会让约一亿人因此成为难民。
格陵兰冰雪融化后的水盐分含量较低，可能会中断湾流而造成北欧地区气温骤降。
为了解释全球暖化现象，电影引用了对南极洲冰层中心样本（ice core samples）在过去六十万年间的温度和二氧化碳含量数值的检测。
飓风卡特里娜也被用来推论9-14公尺高的海浪对沿岸地区造成的破坏。
戈尔在纪录片的最后说到，若是尽快采取适当的行动，例如减少二氧化碳的排放量并种植更多植物，将能阻止全球暖化带来的影响。
高尔也告诉观众如何能帮助减缓暖化现象。
同名的书籍也在电影上映后不久推出，其中包含了更详细的附加内容、科学分析，以及戈尔对于纪录片中探讨之议题的评论。
《全球变暖的大骗局》，《难以忽视的真相》观后感
怎么说呢，我先看的是《难以忽真相》，看完以后我真的有种捍卫地球的使命感和破会环境的愧疚感，但是后来我又看了《全球变暖的大骗局》，突然有中被耍的感觉，在后来我有看到有关全球变暖大骗局是个骗局的文章，所以现在我自己也很糊涂，或许真相不是我们这些小老百姓可以了解的，他牵扯到了太多很负责的东西，经济的或者政治的接下来，我把这两个片子的分歧做个总结1.究竟是CO2增加让全球变暖，还是全球变暖让CO2增加爱说实话，《难以忽视的真相》确实是一个不错的纪录片，很能抓住观众的心，讲述者又是在2000年与布什竞争美国总统的参议院戈尔，让人觉得很有说服力，戈尔的理论是，CO2的增加，使阳光的温度在地球上更长保存，而现代工业加速co2的排放导致全球变暖，他的依据是古代南极的冰芯上得到的数据，CO2的含量增加，同时全球的温度增加，CO2的含量下降，温度也同时下降，这个数据是有科学保证的，这个现象看起来很有说服力，但是《大骗局》中也说了，戈尔没有解释一个很重要的一点，那就是究竟是CO2上升导致全球变暖，还是全球变暖导致CO2上升，这个是一个很关键的问题，他直接影响到全球变暖和CO2的关系的可信性，在《大骗局》中有这么一组数据，和戈尔的数据很像，不过可以明显看出他们变化的先后顺序，那就是温度升高，导致CO2增加，温度降低导致CO2减少。
他们认为温度升高，导致海水的溶解度降低，从而使海洋释放出大量co2，温度降低，导致海水的溶解度升高，从而吸收了大量的CO2，这个理论在我看来是很站得住脚的。
要知道人类排放的CO2只占大气中co2很少一部分，只有百分之几，火山每年产生的CO2比工厂、汽车、植物和人类加起来的都多，制造更多CO2的是动物和细菌，它们每年制造出1500亿吨的CO2，而人类只制造 65亿吨，而且CO2 的最大来源是海洋。
所以在这一点，我是比较认同《大骗局》的理论的2.全球变暖是一个周期循环的常态吗
《大骗局》中说，全球变暖只是一个常态，他是由于太阳黑子的暴风来决定的，也就是说，太阳表面的周期性活动让地球在一个时期变暖，一个时期变冷，所以现在我们只是处在一个很正常的变暖期，这没什么可大惊小怪的，在过去甚至有比现在还高的温度，而且持续了几百年。
但是《真相》中给出了一个图标，上面清楚的显示了从1000年到2000年的气温，只有两个很短暂的温暖期，其他大部分是寒冷期，而这两个温暖期的最高温度低于我们现阶段的温度，因为有数据最参考，所以我在这里比较相信《真相》的说法，如今的稳定增加是不正常的，是比过去要高的。
3.如果我们继续这么下去的话，地球的温度真的会直线升高吗
南极真的会融化吗
这个问题，在《真相》中，戈尔给出了一个数据，如果我们不做什么改变，那温度会几乎是直线升高，但这里有一点我很怀疑，那就是上面的第一条，因为这个温度上升的模型是以CO2升高导致温度上升为理论基础的，但是万一这个理论是有问题的，那这个数据也是有问题的。
而且在过去有过几千年的温暖时期，北极熊也没有灭绝啊~~~所以这里我持怀疑态度。
4.全球变暖对我们来说真的是个灾难吗
这个问题，其实也不能算分歧，因为《大骗局》认为气温会升高，但不会升高很多，全球会迎来一个温暖期。
这对人类来说是好事，我们的收成会更好，会有更多的方适宜居住，比如欧洲中世纪的温暖期，也正式欧洲最富裕的时期（当然，前提是温度不会升高到影响到让南极冰块融化）而《真相》认为温度会急剧上升，融化掉冰川，使世界海平面升高，城市被淹没，气候被改变，这个当然是很可怕的事情，所以得出这两个完全不同的结论是基于他们有两个不同的假设。
5.科学界确实完全同意全球变暖始于CO2的说法吗
在《真相》中，戈尔给出了一个数据，关于全球变暖的论文是928篇，反对的是0篇，一个反对全球变暖的政府人员被解雇后进了美孚石油公司上班（也就是说那些反对的人是被石油公司筹佣的），而《大骗局》中说，很多科学家因为得到研究经费，不得不承认全球变暖和CO2的正确，里面有一个很有意思的列子：比如说你想要研究松树的习性，那你在提交研究申请时就要这么写“我想研究松树的群居行为和全球变暖之间的联系”，因为这么写你就很容易得到研究经费，因为他“政治正确”。
在这一块估计我们是没法了解的，所以我也不知道到底那个是真的。
这是我看过这两个影片后得出的分歧点，但是他们都有一个共同点，那就是全球确实在变暖。
当究竟是不是CO2造成的，还是各说各话~以上就是我看了这两个片子的看法，希望对你有帮助。

《难以忽视的真相》观后感【英文】200字左右
Al Gore presents an extremely persuasive, entertaining and convincinglecture on the science of global warming, it's impact and our role andresponsibility towards it. Like most people watching, I do not have ascientific background and don't know enough about the science to verifyfor myself the claims that Gore presents. Thankfully though, we live inthe information age where the research I have done has only supportedthis movie.To tackle some common complaints: first of all, Gore hardly mentionsthe 2000 election at all, and where he does it is only presented withinthe context of his motivation to hit the road and continue presentingthis lecture. To suggest he spends anything other then a couple ofminutes on this is a gross misrepresentation of the movie. Secondly,Gore does not 'claim' anything himself here; he merely presentsinarguable fact to reach an inescapable conclusion. It is astonishingthat there are so many would-be intelligent people who try to muddy thewhole issue of global warming to satisfy a base desire to score somecheap political point. It's inappropriate, irresponsible and dangerous.Ultimately, this movie leaves you with both a desire to make a change(and points you in the direction of how you can start) and leaves youfeeling an appropriate level of guilt for your part in the collectiveeroding of our beautiful world that has taken place over the last fiftyyears. Compelling and unexpectedly entertaining also, this is one ofthe few must-see movies of 2006.
