越狱中是谁陷害了林肯，为什么要陷害他。
简单来说：从头看到 其实就是林妈（不是亲生的，克的亲妈）和将锡拉，至于为什么 ，因为锡拉很值钱 林肯的后妈为了重建她想要的世界牺牲了两个儿子，最后让迈克一行人取得胜利副总统与公司是联盟，受到公司的支持与操纵，公司希望她竞选总统，这样公司能更好的控制美国。
而竞选总统需要经费，他们想到的得到经费的方法是：让副总统的弟弟开家空壳子企业，对社会谎称掌握了清洁能源的开发技术，来骗取了大量投资，之后让弟弟假死，副总统作为姐姐继承其遗产，即此企业的资金。
所以他们伪造了副总统弟弟的遇害，这需要一个“凶手”，于是阴差阳错地，林肯被选中了。
后来，迈克尔和维罗妮卡一内一外去救林肯，这使副总统的计划节外生枝——如果林肯被证明是无辜的，那她和公司的阴谋有败露的危险，林肯死得越早他们就越安全。
陷害林肯与他爹的叛逃倒没什么关系，公司在设计阴谋时并不知道这两个人是父子。
