在国外读书不会英文怎么办
学习方法不对一、 国际英标（IPA）的学习是引导中国人走向英语学习误区的最大祸首之一。
国际英标的危害：1.造成中国人学英语死记硬背中国的英语初学者，每一个单词都是老师领读并一个一个记住的，如果老师的语音不准，学生跟着就不准，记忆量很大。
很多学了很多年的英语专业人士，遇到不认识的词时，是凭语感猜测单词的发音。
通过我多年的检测，英语专业人士读生词的准确率多在40%以下。
这样一来中国人的英语拼读就成了一辈子的难题，始终没有几个人真正有信心，而且很多自我评价很高的人，甚至很多从事自然拼读法教学的英语老师，实际的准确率也在40%以下。
长单词重音位置的判断甚至会被英语老师忽略。
中国学生就更加只有死记硬背，望洋兴叹了。
2.造成中国人读写不对应中国人学汉语拼音是读写对应的，能读的拼音一定能写出来，能写的拼音一定读出来。
而对于同样是拼音文字的英语，能读的单词不一定能写出来，能写的单词不一定能读出来。
英美国家的现实：以英语为母语的国家如：英国，美国，加拿大，澳大利亚等国家的人，从不学国际音标，他们是用《拼写法 Spelling》来拼读拼写单词。
一个以英语为母语的人听到或看到一个很生疏的词会毫不犹豫地写出词来来和读出音来。
因为英语向汉语拼音一样，有英语的发音规则和拼读方案，只要熟知英语拼写系统，并下功夫进行模式练习，就能做到“见词能读，听词能写”二、不了解英语是象形、偏旁文字是中国人走向英语学习的误区之二英语的词义记忆一直是困扰中国英语学习的难题，于是各种词汇的记忆方法披着科学的外衣蜂拥而来，其中联想法被吹成“天才记忆”“一天教你记一千单词”“一次记忆终生不忘”连最起码的记忆规律都可以视而不见。
最终不但没有宣传的效果，还让很多学生一次又一次地经受打击，以至于丧失了对英语学习的信心。
英语其实是一种象形文字，单词的形状上就含有单词的本身含义，只要破解其中的构词秘密，我们就可以做到词形和词义对应。
通过多年的研究我发现，英语的构词和象形表义比汉语更清晰，从而可以做到像学汉字一样轻松容易，甚至比汉语更容易（绝对不是联想法）。
三、中国人的语法教学是中国人学英语的误区之三中国人学一辈子语法，考一辈子语法，最终产生的结果是：1.看不懂英语原著；2.写不出地道英语文章；3.弄不清英语语法真面貌；中国人学语法的弊端是：1.把英语语法当科技学，特别重视细节的教学和考试。
中国人的语法学习特别强调词法和时态的教学和考试，繁复和艰难。
而对于语言本身的交流功能反而被忽略，大有“不识庐山真面貌，只缘身在此山中”的感觉。
2.为了学语法而学语法，语法例句全是为了讲语法而造的句子，不是真正地道的英语句子。
英语本来是个语言的宝库，很多英语原著中可以找到很优美地道的句子，从这些句子中我们可以读到文采、思想、哲理、情感，同时又有地道的英语结构，这才是真正的英语，才真正值得我们去学十年二十年。
而我们中国的很多语法专家，既不是莎士比亚也不是丘吉尔，写出来的句子无非是“I love music我喜欢音乐”“There’s a table in the corner near the window.挨着窗户的角落里有一张桌子”，但这样恶心低级的句子就普遍的用于教学中一年又一年，一代又一代。
中国人真的弱智到了理解不了优美的英语句子呢
还是中国的所谓英语语法专家懒，以至于不愿意多花一点时间去做收集整理工作。
我们就这样被不负责任的专家们引向了英语语法的弱智和低能。
中国人英语语法只是为了考试，根本不能应用也就成了必然。
四、中国人的英语学习“自我设限”是中国人学英语的误区之四我们学汉语从来就不会八汉字分成三六九等，我们学汉语从来就不会有“婴儿汉语”“儿童汉语”“少儿汉语”。
但是我们的英语就分成了n等级，语言就是语言，何从会有一个“少儿汉语”，我们从来就不会给自己的孩子说“儿童汉语”，同样是语言，那我们何从来了一个“少儿英语”。
这其实就是在对英语的学习进行“自我设限”。
中国人学一辈子英语，大学毕业的要求是四级考试，四级要求掌握的词汇是 4500英语单词，而英美国家的小学生要求掌握的词汇是5000多。
这就是我们的差距，我们学一辈子英语，最终的水平比不上一个英美国家的小学生。
我们就是这样一个弱智的民族吗
据说科研人员做过一个实验，把一只跳蚤扣在一只玻璃杯中后，跳蚤不停地跳。
当碰到顶时，跳蚤会不停地调整自己的高度，最后跳蚤会把自己所跳的高度调整到玻璃杯以下。
此后，科研人员拿开杯子，这只跳蚤就只能跳玻璃杯高了。
这就是“自我设限”，人的语言学习能力是强大的，而可悲的是我们把自己限定在很低的高度。
而且造成中国的英语学习者，小学生不会去看初中的词汇，初中生不会去看高中的词汇，以此类推，造成了中国人英语词汇学习的巨大障碍。
而词汇本来就应该像汉语一样，一开始就大量接触。
中国人的常用汉字是6000多个，我们很少的时候就会不设限的进行各种阅读，这是我们掌握汉语的捷径，也是语言学习的真理。
我们的新华书店英语书里面，最少有三分之一是词汇记忆书，记忆方法五花八门，似乎英语的学习就成了词汇的记忆。
尽管如此，我们的词汇记忆结果也是收效甚微。
其实只要中国人从小就养成不设限的英语阅读习惯，我们只要三五年时间就可以把5000常用英语词汇记得滚瓜烂熟，并且能很快就能进入一个丰富多彩的语言世界，一个思想的海洋和知识的宝库。
那么在多年的英语学习中，我们能不能超出那几句皮毛的对话，而感受一下真正的英语呢
如果汉语不影响我们从小就感受到诸子百家的深邃，不影响我们感受到唐诗宋词的美，不影响我们感受到三国英雄的智慧。
我们就不应该把英语的学习当成了几句简单的对话和考试。
五、 中国人的英语学习始终没进入“阅读和应用”阶段是中国人学英语的误区之五尽管在中国学习英语的人数众多，但收效却令人担忧，学了这么多年英语，由于运用能力差，无法品尝到英语学习成功的快乐，很多人不得不承认学英语的目的只能是学英语，这就是人们常说的“为了学英语而学英语”。
