红山的峰顶很高，在山脚下向上望，会觉得峰顶好像在云彩上面，但是爬到山顶上，向下望去，整个城市都变的很小，人们都象蚂蚁一样小。
在红山的山脚下，有一座美丽的公园，叫红山公园。
公园里山清水秀，花儿们争奇斗艳，树木长的葱葱茏茏的，像一把把遮阳的大扇子。
在这些美丽的景色中，我最喜欢的就是那一池清清的湖水，湖面上，荷叶挨挨挤挤的，荷花在上面悄悄绽开，美丽极了。
许多小鱼在荷叶下欢快的、自由自在的游来游去。
只要下过几阵蒙蒙细雨，就像给小池围上了一层白色的轻纱，行人游走期间，就象在画中一样。

愉快的寒假生活开始了,也是我和妈妈大露身手的时候——烧饭。
今天,我们心血来潮,很想吃包子,吃自己包的肉包子。
我可没有干过这么“高难度”的活儿啊,头一次包包子,试试吧!首先,我和妈妈把干面粉里撒上少许苏打粉拌匀,再倒一些米酒,少许的水和面像好朋友一般被我牢牢地揉合在一起了。
然后是要让面发起来,怎么办?难题出现了,天气过冷怎么能让面快速“增肥”呢?我头疼不已,在我抓耳挠腮之时可把妈妈乐坏了,只见她冲出厨房门,朝我扭了扭不算瘦的腰身,信心百倍地说:儿子,这个艰巨的任务交给我!在妈妈的百般呵护下,我们的“面宝宝”已经钻进了被窝,并且上、下、左、右被四个热水袋簇拥着,接着妈妈趴在被窝上,像平常哄我睡觉时的神态,小声地喃呢着:睡吧,睡吧,我亲爱的面宝宝……在漫长的等待中度过了一天,还是没有让我们的“面宝宝”长太胖,想象着可口的包子,我和妈妈也不管它是否合适做包子,下一步行动了。
接着加点碱水、干面粉和着“面宝宝”又是一顿“柔道练习”,再把它切成一个一个面团,并把每一个面团擀平一些,在每一个面团里放上一些肉馅,包好;最后,肉包子就要去蒸笼里进行20分钟的“沐浴”喽!才过几分钟,我们已经迫不及待地站在锅旁,直嚷嚷:“熟了没有?熟了没有啊?”一阵阵肉香味扑鼻而来,满屋子都飘着浓浓的肉包子味儿,揭开锅盖一&它们好像个个缺乏营养的孩子,每一个都显得那么瘦小。
我的食欲一下子打了折扣,只吃了两个,妈妈可不管,一气儿吃了四个还直说:“儿子,包子真好吃!包子真好吃!”爸爸在品尝过了一个包子之后:“你这坦克怎么卖啊?”我们一愣,他接下来学着洋人,用不太熟练的中国话笑着说:“吃着这个东东像坦克。
”我们终于明白过来,我拿起一个“坦克”放进了爸爸的嘴里,“你再来尝尝我的坦克到底是啥味道?”全家人在一片欢笑中结束了我们的第一次包包子经历。
这是我和妈妈第一次尝试包包子,虽说不是太成功,但是还是有很多收获的,在劳动中体会到了快乐。
