适当放松自己，比如给自己一天随心所欲的自由，或者去某个地方好好玩一趟，其实有很多放松的方法，但是你一直担心考研，一直想着这件事，再好的方法都没用，担心是因为不自信，你可能觉得我坐着说话不腰疼，但我只是说出自己的愚见而已，你也许可以制定短期计划，并且保证自己完成这些，这样在完成的同时你也获得一些自信和成就感，也许能缓解你的压力。
其实压力都是自己给自己的，通常一想到没考上，然后没考上又会怎么样的事情，就会使得自己更加紧张，不如试着放弃这些，好好给自己一次无须考虑后果的考试机会。

我上着一个普通的本科学校，很多人迫于压力考研，但是我不想把自己的青春浪费去跟风。
