Larousse Gastronomique cites the macaron as being created in 791 in a convent near Cormery. The macaron as it is known today, composed of two almond meringue discs filled with a layer of buttercream, jam, or ganache filling, was originally called the Gerbet or the Paris macaron. Pierre Desfontaines of the French pâtisserie Ladurée has sometimes been credited with its creation in the early part of the 20th century, but another baker, Claude Gerbet, also claims to have invented it.

马卡龙的英语怎么写
是一种软式小西饼,没有固定称呼。
做法如下:材料:1.鸡蛋 125g( 需分蛋黄,蛋白,约为3个鸡蛋的量)2.细砂糖 100g(分2次)3.盐 1g4.低粉 75g5.香草粉 1g6.泡打粉 1g7.高筋面粉 少许 (油刷烤盘,撒高粉)步骤:1.将蛋黄、50g细砂糖放入容器,以打蛋器打发至乳白色粘稠状2.另取一锅,将蛋白、盐、另外的50g糖,用搅拌器打发至湿性发泡约八分发。
3.打发好的蛋白糖分2次加入蛋黄糖中拌匀。
4.低粉、香草粉、泡打粉过筛后加入面糊内,用橡皮刮刀轻轻拌匀。
5.搅拌至五粉气即可,不要拌至光滑,将面糊装入裱花袋内。
6.烤盘抹黄油,撒高粉,扣一下盘子,扫掉多余的粉,面糊用平口花嘴挤成小圆球,中间要留有空隙。
7.烤箱预热190度,烤8分钟,至表面金黄色即可。
