一大早起来，我就觉得头昏沉沉的，眼前一片朦胧。

在此次的学习党员先进性教育活动中，我班有幸采访了我校的副校长，并得到了他的积极配合。
初见副校长，就给我留下了深刻的印象。
他是个和蔼、随和的人，没有一点我所认为的校长的架子。
从刚采访时的害怕、紧张，到后来的不断有笑声传出，整个采访在轻松愉快的氛围中度过。
采访王副校长，就仿佛是在听一个经验丰富的老人讲述过去的故事。

Q1.何时入党、在入党过程中有否遇到过波折

从此问题中，我们了解到了王副校长过去的一段艰苦而又难忘的经历。
副校长出生在颛桥。
1968年，当时还只读初二的副校长，因当时社会要求，还没读完初中，就进了农村。
一待就是整整十年。
他说：“这十年是我人生的关键。
”这十年影响了他的思想、他的人生，他看到了农村的贫苦。
回来后，副校长以初二的水平参加了高考。
当时语文的作文题是，他就以在农村的经历写了这篇文章。
1979年，他考入上师中文系，完成了四年的大学生涯。
当大学毕业时，已经33岁了。
1991年，经过努力，王副校长加入了中国共产党。
当时的入党还要看你的家庭出生。
由于副校长是出生农民家庭，父亲又曾在工作，那时是属于为工作。
这或多或少都对副校长的入党、对他的心理上产生了一些影响。
但他以实际行动证明了，自己并不受家庭的影响，光荣得成为了一名共产党员。
Q2.作为一个共产党员首先应具备哪些条件
就这一点，王副校长谈了很多。
他说： （1） 要随时准备奉献党，坚决服从党，一切听从党的号召。
（2） 要有公心，要负起责任，把工作做好，不存私心，不追名利，立党为公。
（3） 要做好榜样，身贤垂范。
这里，王副校长将到了莘中的一段波折。
2003年学校正处于与莘格搬移还是分离的矛盾之中。
教师人心很不稳定。
当时的莘中又很破旧，教室窗户锈迹斑斑，教室光线很暗。
只要一起风，学校就跟闹沙尘暴似的，在四楼办公，操场上的沙子都能吹上来。
而莘格的校园环境比这里好好几倍，还开出优厚的条件请老师们过去，当时不少老师去了莘格。
为了稳定教师们的人心，即使莘格开出再好的待遇，王副校长都没有动摇，待在了莘中。
此时他还提到了“知心朋友”这几个字。
他说：“患难见真情”。
他把学校当成了知心朋友，不离不弃。
（4） 做事要兢兢业业、脚踏实地。
这里王副校长强调了教育的特殊性，他说：“产品可以是次品、可以废弃，但人不行，人是不可重复加工的”。

因为执政党首先要取得人民的信任。
进行党员先进性教育的活动可以让党员重温党的性质、纲领、宗旨，回想在党旗下是如何宣誓的，思考现在的言行是否符合党员的标准，是否严格按党章办事。
现在为特定时期，经济影响着党，贪污腐败、地方主义作风影响了党的形象，对百姓造成了恶劣的影响。
这不仅仅关系党的威信问题，还关系到党的组织性、先进性，党员要从思想上认识，以党内自己开始，清除腐败、学习、反思。
从内心深处对自己的言行进行反思，保持党员的先进性、模范性。

有一天下午，班主任要把我们留下来讲作业。
老师刚进教室，广播里就传一阵声音：“请同学们赶紧回家，暴雨马上就要来了。
”同学们立既蜂涌般地跑出教室。
可是大雨无情呀
还未等我到家，倾盆大雨就“哗哗”地落了下来。
我没有办法，只好躲在车站旁杂货店的雨篷下避雨。
看着迟迟不停的雨，心想要是有五角钱坐车回家就好了。
而我身上又没有一分钱，心里焦急万分。
突然，刘坤晨从大雨中出现在我的眼前，使我又惊又喜。
随后，我在万般无奈之下，想向刘坤晨求助，希望他伸出援助之手。
我又想：我个办法虽然可行，但希望却十分渺小。
因为在班上，他是重来不会借钱给同学的，最后，我还是把话咽下去了。
可结果出乎意料，他居然主动把他的车费借给我，慷慨地说：“这五角钱的车费就借给你吧，我家比你家近
”同时把钱塞到我的手上。
然后他转身就走。

原来，他是想让我快点回家而他自己去了公公家。
看着那五角钱，包含着友谊的五角钱，我情不自禁地流下了激动的泪水。
