I'm so glad to stand here today to share my idea about Beijing Olympic Games together with you all. The title of my speech is: what can we do for Beijing Olympic Games? First of all, let me tell you a story that happened 2 years ago. At the end of August, 2004, when I decided to come to Beijing for study, my friends hel* * **rewell Party for me. 配音是制作动画的重要一环，配音的表现会直接影响到整套动画的质素。
然而，配音工作范围还包括外语片制作、记录片、还有每天在媒体不停地播放的广告。
简单来说，配音是一项为「影片」加上声音的工作。
片集进入了后期制作阶段，工作人员发现片中有地方收音效果不佳，配音也是其中一个补救的方法。
从此可见，配音组不是专为动画制作而设的，它的重要性，往往不次於音响组和特技组等等的后期制作部门‧ 配音员的职责
尽自己的能力，以最佳的表现完成工作是配音员的首要使命。
除了声调和语气要控制得好，数口、对白修改也是配音员的工作之一。
当然，他们需要具备敏捷的反应和累积多年的配音经验。
一个好的配音员幕后工作要做好，声音保养也是一项不可忽视的工作，所以要当一个配音员并不容易哩～ 配音员和声优有甚麼不同
声优（）是日本人对配音员的称呼；日语汉字「优」解作演员，那麼声优就是和声线有关的演员。
表面上，配音员和声优的工作没有甚麼大分别，但由於日本市场对配音的需求远远比香港大，所以配音这个行业在日本是相当普遍。
但在日本要成为一个出名的声优并不容易，因为除了声音受欢迎外，还要懂唱歌或是舞蹈，而且形象也相当重要。
香港配音员虽然不需要多方面的演艺才华，但他们的工作绝对不会比声优简单。
香港配音组工作范围主要是为非专为广东话口型而制作的动画和外语片配音，数口的难度比「原创」难得多，而且配音员还需要花尽心思改变对白「夹口型」，所以香港配音员的专业水平可能还比声优们高。
怎样才可入行
由於电视台的配音组人手充足，相信短期内都不会再招生。
如果错过了零四年五月无线配音训练班，但仍然希望可以入行的朋友，可以尝试参加一些由坊间或是资深配音员所开办的配音训练班。
但要是您参加坊间的课程就要特别小心，因为当中有很多不法之徒利用年青人对配音热诚而设下骗局。
要成为一个配音员，要有清晰的声线和外向的性格，所以大家入行前还要三思唷～ 甚麼是配音谷
其实「谷」一字是英文字Group的谐音，配音谷是一个可以让一众「声迷」讨论配音和「聚脚」的地方（新闻组）。
如果大家没有浏览新闻组的习惯，但又想到配音谷游一趟，大家可以使用Outlook Express程式，按照使用手册的指示完成登入设定便可以了。
