（10分）3、节奏处理得当，演讲技巧运用自如。
（10分）4、表现力、应变能力强，能活跃气氛，引起高潮。
（10分）（四）时间：演讲时间为4——7分钟。
不足时、超时，均以10秒为计时段，在总分中减0.1分，不足10秒按10秒计算（计时从“我演讲的题目是《……》”开始，到“我演讲完毕”结束）。
二、评分规则：评委根据每部分评分结果，明确给出总分，然后去掉一个最高分与一个最低分，取平均分为选手比赛成绩。
三、奖项设立:本次比赛根据综合得分高低，评出一等奖1名、二等奖 2名，三等奖5名，优秀奖若干名，并依据班级得分情况为班主任和指导教师颁奖。
