2012年12月1日是第25个“世界艾滋病日”，身为当代大学生的我们作为社会中的一个活跃群体，也是未来社会的主体与支柱；我们相信科技，掌握大量的科学知识，不再盲从；我们有良好的道德品质，高尚的道德观足以让我们做出正确的判断；我们有热情，立志让不幸的人重温人间的温暖，让受伤的人重感社会的关怀
作为祖国未来栋梁的我们，有必要团结起来，有责任有义务为艾滋病患者这样一个遭受种种苦难的社会群体献出我们的关怀与理解。
一条细长的红丝带在他们眼中就是一轮旭日，带给他们温暖，给他们以与命运抗争的勇气!一、 活动目的增强各高校师生及社会人士对艾滋病的正确认识及毒品知识的了解，积极参与艾滋病的防治工作及禁毒的宣传工作；同时也帮助各界人士了解艾滋病的传播途径和预防措施，树立社会责任意识和正确的道德观念，让大家充分认识到艾滋病及毒品对人类的危害与防治的重要性；号召广大群众从自身做起，树立健康文明的生活方式，积极参与到防治与抗争禁毒防艾的公益事业中来，为共同保卫我们的生命家园做出自己的贡献。
呼吁人们行动起来，共同遏制艾滋病的传播及毒品的蔓延，同时呼唤起人们对艾滋病病毒感染者的同情、理解和尊重。
二、 活动概况活动名称：禁毒防艾宣传教育活动活动时间：2012年10月30日——2012年11月30日活动地点：云南省各高校、 **市各大公园、大型小区、各戒毒所主办方： 云南省****承办方：云南省*****四、活动流程1．前期准备：(1) 到云南省公安局缉毒大队收集有关禁毒工作方面的资料，制宣传片及宣传展板、海报(2) 制作募捐箱、宣传横幅、宣传单，统一制作志愿者服装。
(3) 与各大公园及小区管理人员取得联系，协商摆放展板、播放宣传片及电影的工作。
(4) 与云南广播电视台取得联系制作一期禁毒防艾专题节目适时播放。
5) 与文山各戒毒所联系，协商探访戒毒人员的相关事宜。
2．活动过程：(1) 在公交车上播放宣传教育片(2) 在公园及大型小摆放展板进行展示(3) 由各高校志愿者适时在各高校、市中心举行宣传活动(4) 在各高校由相关单位组织播放与禁毒防艾教育有关的优秀影片(5) 组织各高校志愿者及社会志愿人士着统一服装，在市区街道进行宣传游行，发放宣传单(6) 即时云南省广播电视台通过电视及广播等渠道播放专题节目(7) 各高校组织学生代表到各戒毒所送温暖，探访戒毒人员，与戒毒人员进行沟通交流，更深切了解毒品的危害3．活动后期：(1) 善后工作由举行活动的各相关部门完善(2) 各高校及活动组织部门写相关活动的总结报告五、经费预算(1)宣传单1000 宣传纸500 志愿者服装6000 展板300其他经费：3000合计：10800六、意外事故处理(1) 具体活动时间、地点若有变动以具体情况通知为准。
(2) 活动过程中若遇到突发事件应及时通知举办方。
(3) 若活动当天遭遇下雨等情况，相关人员应及时撤离展板等物品，活动推迟。
