和谐青年王化东眼里的和谐社会理想：生产发展，农村富裕，村庄环境美化，保障体系健全，农民生活富足，安居乐业，素质提高，村风民风和谐。
和谐青年刘默涵心目中的和谐社会理想：人人平等入学，不为最低生活保障发愁，善良成为普遍的道德。
和谐青年王元成向往的和谐社会理想：群体利益均衡，城乡差距缩小,没有“弱势群体”，工作没有高低贵贱，合理诉求得到满足。
和谐青年方明和理解的和谐社会理想：公众利益平等探讨，公众参与社会事务，积极奉献环保热忱。
为了实现与构建和谐社会相伴的目标，他们在执著地追求、拼搏、奋然前行。
和谐之美，心向往之。
和谐青年的内心是充实的，美好的理想激发着内心的追求，他们因有美好的理想而积极、乐观、激情四溢。
每一个生活在这个伟大时代的青年，都应该懂得，构建和谐社会的目标和任务与每个青年息息相关。
我以为，和谐青年的培养，从根本上是要围绕着内在品质而进行。
成大业者必先立下志向，内外兼修，以积极的人生态度对待世事，让自己的身心保持和谐。
须知，构建和谐社会既有挺立潮头的轰轰烈烈，也有在平凡岗位默默奉献的点点滴滴。
青年无论身居何位，从事什么职业，只要愿意为构建和谐社会勤奋学习、诚实为人、认真工作、贡献才智、善于创新，主动融入和谐社会事业，参与和谐社会建设，推动和谐社会发展，就会在平凡中做出不平凡的业绩，成为有理想追求和美好心灵的和谐青年，实践和创造当代青年在和谐社会中的精神价值。
二、 和谐青年的精神价值产生于与社会(他人)的和谐 人的发展在本质上是由自然人向社会人的转化过程。
和谐青年通过与社会(他人)良好的互动，创造了社会价值，是和谐社会的建设者和引领者。
马克思说：正像人生产社会一样，社会也在生产着人。
和谐社会是双向的，“社会以人为本”与“人以社会为本”相结合是和谐社会的基础。
在和谐社会里，不仅社会要以人为本，同时，人应当坚持以社会为本。
作为社会发展的目的，青年必将是和谐社会的受益者。
同时，应该看到，在构建和谐社会的过程中，青年正日益凸现其作为和谐社会建设主体的意义和作用。
作为社会现实的代表，当代青年不可避免地会将自己的价值观念、行为方式、追求目标等带入到社会生活中来，青年在参与社会生活的过程中也会影响社会规范、社会关系、社会心理和社会生活的方方面面。
和谐青年可以通过理解、关爱、服务、平等、责任与贡献等等社会参与形式和实践行为，调解人际关系，营造和谐氛围，使社会中的更多人不仅获得物质支撑，而且受益于精神培育。
和谐青年与社会(他人)和谐的精神价值召唤着当代青年努力做到：以爱心促和谐，以能力建和谐，以智慧创和谐，在和谐中实现自己的社会价值。
三、 和谐青年的精神价值伴随着人与自然的和谐 和谐社会建设离不开善待自然和保护环境。
人的发展实质上伴随着生物成熟过程和社会成熟过程的双重含义。
正因此，爱护自然也就是社会成熟的标志之一，保护环境也就是守护人类赖以生存的家园。
和谐青年需要关注生态问题，需要深刻认识生态平衡的两层含义，即自然环境的生态平衡与精神领域的生态平衡。
只有协调处理好这两个生态平衡，才会真正做到善待自然，促进人的精神健康。
人类发展的历史，可以说是一部人们改造环境与破坏环境交错的历史。
人的活动对于环境所产生的正面和负面的影响都是存在的。
因此，在这个意义上就特别需要强调，人对自然环境的影响和作用需要确定一个“度”。
这里，我们就尝试用“和谐”作为一个尺度，或者叫做一个价值尺度。
在构建和谐社会中，参与和谐环境文化建设有利于形成和谐青年的精神内涵和人格力量。
热爱自然，适应自然，保护自然，与自然和谐共处，包含了和谐青年的人格特征。
一个具有如此人格特征的青年传递给人们的是一个什么印象呢
记得有一次我讲完了课，同学们都离开了教室。

智者忽然问他：“如果没有足够的柴，你该怎样把水烧开

智者说：“如果那样，就把水壶里的水倒掉一些
