亲爱的老师，各位学生会领导，到场的化院同学们： 大家下午好
我是来自化院09级三班的蒋金玲，今天想竞选学生会宣传部部长这一圣神的职务
我想先简单介绍一下我与宣传部的那些事儿
我在宣传部将近待了两年了，从青涩的踏入大学校门，到现在站在这里从容不迫，以一个革命者的心态坦然面对在座的你们，实属不易
宣传部是我大学唯一加入的部门，所以一直坚守得比较顽强
不是因为怕失去后无所事事，而是怕的的确确少了一种内在的精神寄托
我喜欢做海报时的感觉，总是在完成自己的灵感，为别人传达信息。
大一时，一群熟悉的工作搭档，默契渐成，一个眼神暗示，一句简短对话，就能了解对方对海报有了怎么样的灵感，一拍即合
现在只要稍微想想，就欣然向往那种感觉，我想这就是合作
大二了，，宣传部成员也锐减到三个，慧敏，芋杰和我。
但又多了一群可爱的充满朝气活力的接班人，心中更是欢喜
办讲座，开例会，做海报，办迎新，运动会，我们又开始了新的征程。
只要是宣传部的工作，总能调动我全身的细胞。
不怕你们笑话，其实每次例会前一天晚上，我都会不自觉就想到明天该跟我们可爱的部员们说些什么。

五一到底怎么安排才完美
就是这种热爱让我坚定在宣传部继续待下去的决心，我想这就是热情
工作中，只要拥有了合作精神，就能体会到最大的快乐；只要有了热情，就能最大的发挥人的主观能动性
我想我很适合在宣传部待着。
再来谈谈我对宣传部的理解。
宣传部官方点的话是各部门之间的枢纽，及时传递一个组织的信息，做好本职的宣传工作。
这两年来，我感受到的宣传部其实是以其他部门的各项活动为载体，在做海报的过程中发展并展示自己的文化和特点。
宣传部绝非一个辅助部门，它是一个以自己为本体，以自己的创作灵感为核心，每一张海报的制作都是为实现自己的想法而做出的行为。
我想对我的部员说：每一张海报都是自己做的，属于你们
只要用心，就能做好，只要热爱，就是完美
如果我当选了宣传部部长，我将从两个词来建设宣传部。
第一个词是质量。
因为我们宣传部的工作主要是制作海报，而每一张海报在一定程度上决定了整个学院的精神风貌。
要提高一张海报的质量，主要从部员们的专业技能着手。
我们可以从办讲座来拓宽新进部员们做海报的基本功；可以通过例会展示来鼓励部员学有专长；可以通过海报总结来为下一次做海报积累经验。
第二个词是合作。
合作对一个部门至关重要。
可以从一下细节来建设：1工作安排。
我会将工作尽量细节化，具体化，让每一个部员明确自己的职责，在各项工作的衔接过程中培养其合作能力。
2平时例会多举办些小活动，来在潜移默化中增加部员的默契。
3定期出去游玩。
出去一次最能增加他们的凝聚力。
我将会尽职尽责，做好每一份工作。
人生需要在适合自己的岗位上多磨练自己，就让我为宣传部多失几次眠吧

关于创意的演讲稿
扬活的风帆，航行在浩瀚无垠的大海上，茫茫海等待我们是惊涛骇浪，我们要勇敢地面风大浪。

也许我会被生活的艰辛折腾的遍体鳞伤，但这是我的选择——走自己的路，我不会放弃，不会哭泣；也许风雨交加中，会有我落魄不堪的身影，但我绝不后悔，因为生命中正是拥有了波澜起伏，才能体现出自我价值，那才是真正的人生。
不管前面的路有多少荆棘，但我能行。
回眸过去，我曾走过了多少个百花争艳的春天，酷热难耐的盛夏，我曾经历过多少个硕果累累的金秋，寒风刺骨的严冬，这其中有道不尽的辛酸苦辣。
一次次刻骨铭心的亲身体验，让我读懂了生活的起伏多变，阴晴无常，让我读懂了调整心态，以乐观向上的态度坦然面对人生是多么重要。
坦然面对人生，枯燥乏味的人生也会变得妙趣横生。
人生就是这样，你越是畏缩不前，就越容易被生活吞噬，让我们背起生活的生囊，接受命运的挑战，告诉自己：我能行。
生活之路，风雨无常，不管我们将要面对怎样诡异的天气，请不要在一时的失落中否定自己，更不要在迷茫中迷失自己。

Like many other fathers, my dad and I also has generation gap. He is not good at or even can’t work the computer. So when I sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’, ‘don’t waste time on the computer games’ , ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on. Do you know what is the connotation of the Global Citizenship ? To be honest I don’t understand the exactly meaning of the sentence ,so only can I explain it simply .Global Citizenship ,in my opinion ,is not something in word only ,but a kind of responsibility and undertaking ,a way of behaving and thinking .So Global citizenship begins at home ,with a commitment to live responsibility ,to regard all human begins as fellow citizens ,and to be proactive in seeking the common good. So I think the sentence of Global Citizenship begins at home means that everyone should be the global citizen ,should take the responsibility to protect our mother land .Global citizenship begins at home ,let we do it through the children and the parents ,through the school and the society, thou the government .There’s an old saying : Action speaks louder than words. 在勤奋和好学的基础上，员工也自然而然会在实际工作中产生新思路、新做法，这样的员工才称得上是优秀的员工。
掌握新知识、新技能才能把握未来学习是我们发展的基础，因为只有不断地学习，掌握新知识、新技能，视野才会更开阔，思路才会更清晰，我们才能紧跟时代发展的脚步。

创新必须基于务实的基础之上，才会是有效的创新。
德鲁克先生在书中告诉我们：“创新是有目的性的，是一门学科。
”对于我们企业，我们创新的目的就是要帮助客户体现更大的价值，获得的市场份额。
书中德鲁克先生还告诫我们：创新是否成功不在于它是否新颖、巧妙或具有科学内涵，而在于它是否能够赢得市场。
这就说明企业所倡导的创新应该是实用型的创新，对于我们企业，我们的创新必须是“聚焦客户的信息化的创新”，这就决定了我们在创新的过程中必须立足客户的需求，立足企业的实际情况，遵循市场发展的规律，只有这样我们的创新成果才会对企业发展有意义和价值，才是真正有效果。
要想让我们的创新真正做到是基于“实事求是”基础的创新，我想首先要明确什么是创新。
德鲁克先生在书中谈到，对于“创新”的误解，主要有这么几种，一是把“创新”与聪明的创意或发明混为一谈；二是一提到它就想到科学性的创造发明；三是很多人认为凡开创一项新生意或者新事业就是创新。
事实上，创新对于企业来说，主要是看能否为客户创造出新的价值，提供新的服务。
创新必须是主观意愿而不是偶然的机遇。
书中德鲁克先生告诉我们，创新的机会处处都有，创新的行为人人都可以做到，更为重要的是创新是可以学习、可以训练的。
这就是说，创新并不是偶然遇到的机遇，不是不可控制的，创新的思维、行为是只要我们有这样的主观意愿就可以学习得会，掌握得了，实践得下去的。
因此，面对创新的要求，我们必须养成正确的心态。
首先是要克服对于创新的畏难情绪，不要因为改变有可能遭受失败就抵触和抗拒；其次要有持续的韧性，创新的过程必然是曲折的，因此要有足够的心理准备来应对创新过程中可能会遇到的挫折，要有健康的心理来调整创新实践的思路和步骤；最后要有耐力，就算经历了多次失败，只要坚信方向是正确的就一定要坚持推行下去。
创新必须付诸于行动和实践才有现实意义和价值。
从创新的思维到付诸创新实践，到取得创新成果，这中间的过程对于一些人来说可能是难以逾越的鸿沟。
记得马云在演讲中曾经这样描述他的创业经历，他说，很多人晚上想得是心潮澎湃，到了第二天早上就一切照旧，从产生思路，到付诸行动，往往需要非常的勇气和决断力。
创新也是一样，只有当我们把自己的创新意识、创新思维付诸到实际的行为中，变成具体的工作思路，并推行下去，这些思路、意识才有实际的意义和价值，才有可能产生出创新的成果。
