而有的人，却擅长与人沟通，在与他人的沟通中，他不仅可以将自己的意见说出来，同时也可以倾听他人的意见，做到取长补短，合二为一，完善自己的想法。
在日常生活中，到处都需要沟通不是吗
我们与父母需要沟通，与老师需要沟通，与同学需要沟通，与朋友需要沟通，所以说，沟通无处不在。
那么，我们要怎样做才能让自己与他人进行更好地沟通呢
首先，我们要热情地去与他们说话，去听他们说自己的意思，有时候我们会发现他人的想法有时使我们自己没有思考过的。
接着，要谦虚地将自己的想法表露出来，让对方了解自己，告诉自己是否还有哪些方面可以改进。
沟通时，我们必须尊重他人，营造一种良好的氛围，让大家愉快的谈论，这样不仅对自己有所帮助，同时还增进了彼此之间的感情。
其实，沟通很简单，同时很重要，让我们做一个擅长沟通，容易沟通的人吧。

有人说得好，所谓演讲，就是“理性思考、感性表达”。
希望我今天的演讲，能够不负众望，给大家带来理性和感性的双重享受。
中国移动有句广告语 ：“沟通从心开始”。
这也正是我今天演讲的题目。
这句广告词之所以被我用来作为这次演讲的题目，是因为它一语道破了沟通的要诀。
同样是六个字，高度概括了沟通的重要性，那就是“沟通无处不在”。
每天，我们都在与各式各样的人，进行着各式各样的沟通。
一句问候、一次点头、一个微笑、一个眼神，都是沟通的传递。
沟通融入了我们日常的学习、生活和工作中，如影随形，无处不在。
沟通是联络感情的重要桥梁。
原本是素不相识的陌生客，是通过交流沟通成为朋友及至知己。
就像我们，可以说是从四面八方会聚于商院，然后成为师生、同学、朋友。
这不仅仅是缘分，而更多的是源于一天又一天的交往与沟通。
古人也曾说过：休言举世无谈者，解语何妨话片时
不论是何种形式的，是与谁之间的沟通，都可以将大家由彼此的陌生到相互的熟识。
对于学习、人际关系等等，在这一独特的过程中，我们学会成熟、理智，更是一种思想融合的表现。
随着时代的迅猛进步，文化的不断发展，人口数量的不断增加，生存的压力越来越大，而正是这种时代的压力，决定了沟通是我们必不可少的课题。
沟通也就成了当今人在社会上生存的最大需要。
人与人之间需要沟通，人与自然、社会之间需要沟通，从某种意义上讲，人与自己内心也需要沟通。
沟通，应当从心开始，从真诚开始。
自我沟通－－承认自己的价值，正确地评价和认识自己，修正过去，振奋现在，调整将来。
人际沟通－－消除相互的猜疑，促进相互的信任；消除之间的隔膜和矛盾，促进彼此之间的了解和融合。
良好的沟通能力会给自己创造一个宽松、舒适的人际环境，进而能最大限度地发挥自己的潜力，实现自己的人生价值。
沟通，又必须从心开始，从真诚开始。
只有这样，才能赢得大家对你的信任和支持，才能和大家在共同的蓝天下共同进步，共同分享人生的甜和美。
虚假，只能是骗取一时的信任，而最终会失去朋友，失去友谊。
我呼唤真诚的沟通，时代呼唤真诚的沟通。
很多时候，一声亲切的问候，一句无关紧要的话，一个微笑，也会给一个人的心灵带来一股暖流。
沟通，是人间盛开的最美的花，带着清香，把爱散播四方。
今天，我希望大家沟通愉快，让爱充满教室的每一个落。

有这样一则寓言：一把坚实的大锁挂在铁门上，一根铁棒费了九牛二虎之力，也没有将它撬开。
这时来了一把小巧玲珑的钥匙，只见它把身子钻进锁孔，只轻轻一转，那坚实的锁头“啪”地一声就打开了。
铁棒奇怪的问：“为什么我费了那么大力气也打不开，而你轻而易举地就把它打开了呢?”钥匙说：“因为我最了解它的心。
”这则寓言说明，打开一把锁其实很容易，只要你有合适的钥匙;沟通其实也并不难，只要从心开始!在4亿中国移动用户享受着“随时、随地﹑随心”的无障碍沟通的时候，中国移动也以卓越的品质实现了和客户的良好沟通。

我们的经营宗旨就是追求客户满意服务。
”伴随着业务上一点一滴的学习，心灵上一分一分的融入，怀着“沟通从心开始”的服务理念，我逐渐地走进了“移动”的世界，也渐渐悟出了经理那番话的深刻含义。
璧合移动人的付出是朴实而平凡的;10086服务人员连线客户时温柔亲切的声音，营业人员每当面对客户时露出的甜美自然的笑容，财会人员每到月初月末时的深夜加班，维修工人每次外出奔波抢修作业……他们正通过脚踏实地的工作，实践着“追求客户满意服务”的经营宗旨。

说通协调，我会想到一件记忆犹新的往事会儿，我刚接了个一年级。
才能让这些刚入校门的孩子对我言听计从，成为我首先面临的问题。
当时偶然看到的一个观点和一个小故事使我受到启发。
那个观点认为：人们都会对自己到过的地方更加关注和关心，也更愿意促使它改善。
那个小故事讲的是，大山里的一个老老师看到学生们不听小老师的话，就对小老师说：“你呀，要是有空，到每个娃家里转一圈儿，他们就都听你的了。
”后来小老师就去拜访了每个孩子的家长，果然孩子们都愿意听他的话了。
这个简短的故事和那个不起眼的观点，在我看来有一个共同之处，那就是及时与家长沟通协调，对达到教育教学的和谐高效非常重要。
于是，我把与家长的沟通作为开学初所有工作的重中之重。
虽然记不清那次家长会的具体细节。
但那是一次很有成效的沟通。
选择了孩子们刚入学，家长迫切希望了解学校的时机。
针对家长的沟通意愿，及时接收来自家长方面的信息，同时向家长阐述学校的办学理念，老师的教学风格，孩子角色转变过程中家庭教育应注意的问题等等。
最终与家长达成了合作的共识。
半个学期后的一次变故，让我进一步感受到沟通是和谐的前提，协调是高效的保障。
那时候，三年级的代课老师不堪重负，突然离职。
费尽周折请来的王老师只上了一天课，就打起了退堂鼓，认为情况超乎想像，确实勉为其难。
学校又经过紧急协商，决定由我去收拾那个“烂摊子”。
我的班让给请来的王老师教。
揣着这个对我来说艰难，但对学校整体有利的决定，我给孩子们上完最后一节课。
当下课铃响起时，我告诉他们我要去教三年级了，希望他们以后能在经验丰富的王老师的指导下继续努力。
孩子们好像被这个突如其来的消息弄蒙了，像一只只被雨水浇透了的小鸟，呆呆的看着我收拾东西。
看着看着几个孩子趴在桌子上哭起来，突然一个孩子跑到门口，张开双臂，大声喊：“老师，别走。
”呼啦一下很多孩子涌到了门口，吵着嚷着“不让老师走”“老师不准走”，互相拉着的小手握得紧紧的，形成了一堵厚重的墙。
这些小不点组成的柔弱的矮墙撞伤了我的心，那片仰起的哀求着的小脸模糊了我的视线。
墙越来越厚，我抱起书本挤向门外，当最后一条防线也被冲破，身后的嚎啕大哭让我不知道该躲到何处，既不能转回身去安慰那些小可怜们，也不能走进办公室，让大家看见我满脸的泪痕。
第二天一大早，很多家长不约而同地来到学校，像又开一次家长会一样，他们向学校表达了希望我继续给孩子们上课的愿望。
经过进一步沟通，家长们清楚了学校的难处，学校也同意了等春天开学，让我再回到这个班的请求。
学校的教育教学工作要顺利开展，必须要有家长的密切配合，沟通拉近了家校距离，师生距离。
“没有沟通就没有爱，没有爱就没有教育。
”沟通是建立和谐关系的桥梁，是教育教学高效的保障。
