让校园充满爱 联合国儿童权利委员会副主席汉姆柏格先生对体现《儿童权利公约》基本精神的四个原则做了说明①儿童的最佳利益原则 ②尊重儿童尊严的原则 ③尊重儿童的观点和意见的原则 ④无歧视原则。
而在我们的现实生活中，我们习惯于以成年人的是非标准衡量一切，以成年人心目中的理想的模式为孩子设计未来。
我们经常听到的一句口头禅就是“好孩子一定要听大人的话”，有人把我们的教育称为“听话的教育”，但是“听话的教育”肯定不利于人的个性的发展。
肖川先生说道“完整的爱、健康的爱应当包含五个要素，了解、尊重、关怀、给予、责任，五者为统一整体，缺乏其中之一，爱都是不完整的” 由此我联想到我们的学校教育，我们的教师很少从学生的需要、兴趣出发来组织学习内容，甚至于一手操办学生的学习，硬性规定各种各样的要求，限制学生的个性、自由的发展，占用学生在校时间。
“考、考、考教师的法宝，分、分、分学生的命根”这句话之所以能够流传下来，就是因为有广阔的市场，在很多的地方都存在这样的现象，甚至于学生为什么要考，教师为什么要考，这样的问题可能很多人只能是茫然。
另外，我们的教师在平常的教学和处理问题的时候通常都是以自我为中心，常说的一句话就是“你是好学生，既然是好学生就该听老师的话”，在处理问题的时候缺乏了解、缺乏尊重，长此以往学生面对这样的教师不是充满尊敬而是厌烦，甚至说产生敌对情绪，而教师面对这样的学生时又常常采用比较粗暴的处理方法，导致恶性循环。
我们的教师往往一味的从自己的心思和愿望出发，把自己的意志强加给学生，在教学中教师和学生的关系、地位不是平等、民主的，而是一种专制，体现的是一种教师的绝对权威，所以我们教师一定要改变这种状况，我们要俯下身来看学生，只有这样才能创造一个民主、和谐的育人环境，也只有在这样的环境里学生的个性才能得到很好的发展，教学才能得以和谐的进行，整个教学环境才能体会出一种“爱”，一种真正的爱、完整的爱、健康的爱。

How many QQ friends do you have? Don’t know the number off the top of your head? Why not? It’s probably because you don’t usually talk with 95% of the people you are friends with on QQ on a regular basis. I know I sure don’t. But, if I asked you how many close friends, you could tell anything, friends you have right now, you probably could count them on one hand. Why is that? It’s because we recognize the importance of a solid group of close friends and how rare it is to be able to trust someone with almost everything. But, what if I told you that right now the people you are hanging out with will affect you for the rest of your life? Think I am overexaggerating? Well, think of it this way. We make some of the biggest decisions during high-school in terms of the direction of our lives: Colleges, goals for our life, grades to get into schools, etc. We also start taking on more responsibilities during this time.These decisions are greatly affected by the groups of people in which we surround ourselves. Then you will know how important your old friends are,and you should value your friendship We love our old friends and we will have new friends to love as well.Love comes and goes but friendship stays.It's sweet and poetic,full of tears,hopes and happiness.Wherever we go in the future,we will never feel lonely,because of the guys who we live together with ,my dear friends.I know we are growing up with each other.And Iknow exactly how great it is to have someone to love as well as to be loved.
