各位领导，大家好，今天我演讲的题目是《撑起一片公平正义的天空》。
翻阅中华五千年长卷，在浩如烟海的历史长河里，千百年来人们呼唤着一个共同的目标，那就是公平和正义
从“包龙图怒铡陈士美”的王子犯法与庶民同罪，到“秋菊打官司”的为了讨个说法，朴实、善良的人们都在执着地追求这样简单而又复杂的两个词——公平与正义。
这里我且不说那惩治邪恶、匡扶正义的人民好警察任长霞；那公正得让群众“胜负皆服”的女法官宋鱼水；也不说那以春风化雨般的公平与正义拯救许多失足少年的“法官妈妈”尚秀云。
今天我就想给大家说说我们八里中学是如何为学生撑起一片公平正义的天空的吧。
法律历来被视为维护和促进公平正义的艺术和工具，遵纪守法就是维护社会公平正义，违法犯罪则是对公平正义的践踏。
所以我校一直把预防青少年违法犯罪作为开展普法教育的重点。
多年来我校未发生一起未成年人治安刑事案件。
我们通过开展法律知识讲座和竞赛，主题演讲等多种形式，利用校园广播站和壁报栏等多种媒介大力宣传法律知识。
每学期开学和学期结束我们一直坚持定期聘请公检法部门的领导专家来为师生作法制报告。
专家们用一个个鲜活的案例循循善诱，提醒学生法律尊严不可触犯。
我们曾组织学生参观了扬州市看守所。
当学生们近距离地看到劳教人员因违法犯罪而受到处罚和教育矫治被限制自由的痛苦景象，他们被深深震撼了。
我校一名平时经常打架斗殴、不服管教的男生回校后在日记中写道：我们应珍爱自己所拥有的一切，把握好人生的航向，不能一失足成千古恨。
若我们触犯法律，践踏社会公正，那等待我们的只能是自由的缺失，良心的谴责。
教育公平是社会公平在教育领域的延伸和体现。
为了让每一个学生尤其是弱势群体的子女们都能够公平地享受教育的权利，我校全面实施关爱工程，为“留守学生”、“学困生”、“贫困生”的健康成长创造良好的环境。
我们以“对所有学生负责，不让一人掉队”的原则，成立了帮困小组，利用课余和节假日帮助学困生解决学习中的问题，至今已转化了近200名学困生，使他们顺利考上高一级学校再深造。
同时我校成立了学校、家庭、社会三位一体的“留守学生”管理网络，进行了近400人次的“留守学生”调查访问纪录，让他们可以在缺乏监护人监管的情况下和其他学生一样健康发展。
老师们已记不清花费了多少课余时间，对帮扶对象进行辅导，又有多少个节假日从师生的课堂中悄悄逝去。
更值得一提的事，我校每年给“贫困生”近3万元的减免和补助。
还多方筹措资金成立八里中学“励志奖学金”，奖励那些家境贫困但学习刻苦的学生，数年来没有一人因贫辍学。
在八里中学校园内我们每天都会看到一个步履蹒跚的瘦弱的身影，这个女孩儿叫孙晓婷。
因患小儿麻痹症，她双腿落下残疾。
她家境极其贫困，父母都是靠四处给人打零工勉强维持生活。
了解到她的这一情况，学校没有袖手旁观。
我们立即减免了她的全部学杂费，并让其在学校食堂免费就餐。
殷婷知道后拒绝了，我们明白这是个非常自强的孩子，平时上下楼梯，别人只要两分钟，可她却需要十分钟甚至更长，但她从不允许别人搀扶，再艰难也要自己走。
这样优秀的学生怎能让她因贫困而辍学呢
没办法为了照顾她的自尊心，我们和她的母亲商量，就说这笔伙食费已由她母亲来交了。
她的任课老师们也以奖励进步的形式送给她学习和生活用品，鼓励她继续努力。
两年来我们一直用这个善意的谎言，为她撑起一片和别人一样平等接受教育的爱心之伞。
由于身心发展的不成熟和社会阅历的限制，加之学习压力剧增，使得校园内一部分学生出现了心理困惑，甚至心理障碍。
为了使他们能同其他学生一样健康地学习生活，我校成立了专门的心理咨询室。
只要学生有需要，我们的心理辅导老师都会耐心细致的帮助他们找出问题所在。
同时严格做好保密工作，切实保护学生的隐私，确保他们不会受到他人歧视。
心理咨询室自成立以来，已经成功地干预了4起学生离家出走事件，打消了一人轻生的念头，转化了30多名特别叛逆的学生，给近60名学习优异但压力过大的学生内心减压，让他们得以顺利考上四星级以上重点高中。
当一个个天使般的笑容又回到他们曾经阴云密布的脸上时，当一群群欢乐游戏的身影取代曾经的形单影只时，我们深感欣慰，为了每一个孩子能健康成长，再累也是值得的。
“天下兴亡，匹夫有责”，维护社会公平与正义，需要全社会的努力。
在我们渴望得到一个公平正义的环境的同时，也应该承担起维护公平正义的社会责任。
我们正是从身边的平常事做起，身体力行，自觉遵守各项制度和规则，善待他人，同情和帮助弱者。
我们相信只有人人都这样做，我们共同期盼的公平正义之春才会到来。
我们八里中学所作的努力，只是全社会维护公平正义的一个缩影。
我们深信：今日我们以行动在学生心中播洒下公平与正义的幼苗，明天这幼苗必将成为支撑社会公平与正义的栋梁。
