北方菜系以山 东口味为主流，擅长烹制海味。

粤菜取料广泛，他们讲究鲜嫩和酥 脆。
淮扬菜注重，特别是油而不 腻，清淡鲜美。
谭家菜咸甜适宜，常言 道：“南甜北咸，”谭家菜却两者兼顾。
中国人吃饭，吃的是概念。
或者用一种通俗的说法：吃的是文化。
这使饮食问题带 有了社会性(甚至艺术性)，而不再仅仅是一项形而下的生理活动。
日本人饱食终日，也提炼为向哲学靠拢的茶道，有点在清风、 明月、插花与器皿中求真理的意思。
中国人 则更了不起，把一日三餐都当作兢兢业业的 功课了，煞费苦心，追求着那令人拍案称绝的艺术效果。
“好吃极了!”是较流行的一句赞 美用语。
所以，美食家的虔诚丝毫不亚于画 家或雕塑家，对美的体会甚至更全面：色、香、味———连深藏不露的舌头都调动起来 了，成为鉴赏的工具。
当一席大菜合盘托出，井然有序地布置 在餐桌中央，简直就像揭开了蒙在某一尊艺 术品上面的幕布，不时能听见一、两声由衷的喝采———当然，这是躲在后台掌勺的厨师 所期待的。
宾客们举杯相庆，仿佛在进行小 小的剪彩仪式。

中国文化的最高境界，就是一个“喜”字。
这也是中国人最热爱的一个汉字。
而吃饭是 最能烘托出这种喜气的。
喜气洋洋，东道主 自然满意。
传统的喜宴，被清代的 发挥到极致。
从其名称即能感受到“民族大团结”的意味，“强强联合”的意味。
正宗的满汉 全席要连吃三天三夜，茶肴不重复。
这是具 有中国特色的狂欢节：一场饮食文化的马拉 松!吃饭，在中国是最日常的仪式，是最密集 的节日。
信奉基-督的西洋人就餐前习惯在胸前画十字，念叨一句“上帝保佑”，感谢上帝赐予的 面包与盐，大多数中国人都是无神论者，把 酒临风时反而充满了当家做主的感觉。
饱餐 一顿(若能持螯赋诗就更好了)，是离他们最近 的一种自由。
由此可见，这个感匮乏，艺术气息却很浓郁。
在我想像中，美食 家都是一些拥有古老传统的民间艺术家。
西餐折射出私有制的影子，各自为政， 管理好自己的盘子———使用刀叉是为了便于 分割利益。
中餐则体现了最朴素的共-产主 义。
中国人围桌而聚，继承了原始 的遗传基因，有肉大家吃，有酒大家喝，人 人皆可分一杯羹。
大锅饭的传统很难打破。
好在中国的饭桌也是最有凝聚力的地方，有 福同享、有难共担的作风颇受欢 迎。
中国人通过聚餐就能产生四海之内皆兄 弟、的幻觉，这种虚拟的亲情毕竟 大大增进了其食欲。
所以中国人吃饭，也是在吃环境，吃气氛，甚至吃人际关系。
边说 边吃，边吃边听。
这是一种超越了吃的吃。
我一直认为中国人的吃是最有情调的，最有 人情味的。
中国人有四大菜系八大风味。
川菜、粤菜、湘菜、齐鲁菜、淮扬菜、东北菜乃至上 海本邦菜……仿佛实行军阀割据似的。
但在我 眼中，这更像在划分艺术流派。
出自圣人之 乡的齐鲁菜，称得上古典主义。
缠绵悱恻的淮扬菜，属于浪漫主义。
假如说辛辣的湘菜 是批判现实主义，麻辣的川菜则算魔幻现实 主义了———一粒花椒，有时比炮弹还厉害， 充分地调动起我们舌头的想像力。
当然，也可以用别的方法换算：上海菜属于杨柳岸晓 风残月的婉约派，东北菜则相当于大江东 去、浪淘尽千古风流人物的豪放派…… 不知西方社会，在政治家、思想家、艺 术家、军事家等等之外，是否还产生过美食家的头衔?在中国，美食家几乎是一种传统。
虽然它一直近似于“闲职”，却也是颇让人羡慕 的。
欧洲文明里，美食家一度缺席，正如它所推崇的探险家，对于中国而言，则是近代 以后舶来的词汇。
但我私下里以为：美食家 也算是一种足不出户的探险家———“父母 在，不远游”，中国人只好陶醉于另一种意义的探险，那就是对山珍海味的猎奇。
美食家 用菜谱来代替地图，用杯盏来代替罗盘，用 筷子来代替桨橹，航行在自己的味觉里，同 样也领略了无限风光。
这种冒险心理在河豚的问题上发挥到极致。
河豚相当于中国饮食 文化里的“禁果”———一种致命的诱-惑，它的 鲜美因为神秘与危险而被夸张了。
美食家们不仅没有望而却步，反而趋之若鹜。
这份勇 气，恐怕连渎职的亚当、夏娃都会自叹弗 如。
关于艺术来源于生活的演讲稿
艺术来生活 我们很多人都有自己热爱门艺而我喜爱的这门艺术绘画。
在我不到三岁时，妈妈就对我进行了绘画艺术的启蒙。
她给我准备了铅笔、粉笔、蜡笔、毛笔，让我在纸上、地上任意涂鸦和挥洒。
还给我买来了色彩鲜艳的儿童图书让我欣赏。
那时候，每天画上一两幅稚气十足的图画，是我最开心的事情了。
记得我上幼儿园的第一天，我回到家画了一幅依维柯汽车，因为我那天是坐着这样的校车回家的。
妈妈就把我每天的“作品”装订起来，集了厚厚的两大本。
在妈妈的不断鼓励下，我对于绘画的热爱更加浓厚了。
上了小学一年级，妈妈送我进入了绘画培训班正式学习绘画这门艺术。
在老师的带领下，我由浅入深地学习了儿童油画棒、线描、刮画、儿童水粉和纸版画的绘画方法。
当我学习了版画的画法与技巧后，我创作了一幅《常回家看看》的纸版画作品。
画中我和爸爸、妈妈一起到汽车站乘坐巴士回老家看望爷爷、奶奶和姥姥姥爷。
这幅画还在华表杯全国青少年书画大赛中获得了银奖。
我的另一幅版画作品《大明湖的荷花》入选了《中国儿童美术集粹》。
在我上四年级时，又进行了一个学期高级油画棒画法的学习。
不仅使我对渐变色、对比色、互补色有了更多的认识，还让我掌握了点彩法、色彩混涂法、重叠刮色法等更多的绘画技法。
记得在2012年6月份。
我国成功发射了神舟九号载人飞船，于是我就用高级油画棒的画法，绘出了一幅《神九飞天》图，把这一激动人心的时刻记录了下来。
这幅画，被班主任悬挂在了教室里，鼓励同学们努力学习为国争光。
四年级下学期，我就被老师提前选入素描小学组开始学习素描的专业知识。
物体的明暗关系、景物的远近透视、人物的整体结构，一步步系统地学习下来。
当数学课学到关于立方体、长方体的面积以及圆柱、圆锥的体积计算时，让我颇感轻松。
学画的这几年，我利用课余时间，创造了不少优秀作品，拿了不少奖项。
之所以我的作品能够屡屡获奖，是因为我把自己亲身体验过的生活，用画笔描绘出了一幅幅具有生活气息、时代特色和艺术价值的图画。
我们不是常说“艺术来源于生活又高于生活”吗
我会沿着绘画这条道路继续走下去，用画笔描绘出人间的真、善、美和我们的幸福快乐的生活。

The schism between science and the humanities has, if anything, deepened in this century. Until recently the scientific community was so powerful that it could afford to ignore its critics--but no longer. As funding for science has declined, scientists have attacked “anti-science” in several books, notably Higher Superstition, by Paul R. Gross, a biologist at the University of Virginia, and Norman Levitt, a mathematician at Rutgers University; and The Demon-Haunted World, by Carl Sagan of Cornell University. Defenders of science have also voiced their concerns at meetings such as “The Flight from Science and Reason,” held in New York City in 1995, and “Science in the Age of (Mis) information,” which assembled last June near Buffalo. Anti-science clearly means different things to different people. Gross and Levitt find fault primarily with sociologists, philosophers and other academics who have questioned science’s objectivity. “放开眼”与“皱眉头”就是对人生两面的选择，你选择正面，就能乐观自信，勇敢地应对一切，而你选择反面，就只能紧锁眉头，郁郁寡欢，最终成为人生的失败者。
其实，人与人之间只存在有很小的差别，但这种很小的差别却往往造成了人与人之间巨大的差异
因此，我们做任何事情，成败的关键不在于客观因素，而在于我们做事的态度。
客观困难的确存在，关键在于我们是直面困难、解决困难，还是回避困难、在困难面前放弃，这便是一个态度问题。
鲁迅先生说过：“真的猛士，敢于直面惨淡的人生，敢于正视淋漓的鲜血”，只要我们在工作和生活中能以积极的态度面对困难，不为困难所吓倒，就一定能够战胜困难，使自己成为一名生活和工作中能干的勇士
在实际的生活当中，我们常常会听到这样的抱怨：“工作很累，钱挣的很少”，“做同样的工作，为什么他挣的钱比我多呢?”，“领导为什么只重视他，委以他重任呢
”诚然，这样的情况实际中确实存在。
带着情绪工作，肯定不会有出色的表现。
大家试着想想，如果在你的左手边站着一个态度积极向上、凡事都抱着必胜信心的员工，右手边站着一个灰心丧气、凡事都摇头的员工，领导会做出什么样的选择呢
工作是需要热情和行动的，工作是需要努力和勤奋的，工作是需要有一种积极主动、自动自发的精神，工作中的乐趣更是需要我们大家用心去体会的。
把工作当作是一种享受，它是我们能力的释放，是学习的乐园，只有通过工作，才能够不断地充实自我，不断地完善自我。
我们还年轻，现在最需要的是知识积累，而且经过一段时间的努力与勤奋，将会对我们的工作会有一个新的认识，才会体会到工作中的无穷魅力。
就拿我自己来说吧，从事财政工作的这几年来，也正是由于心中报有踏踏实实的工作精神和积极向上的工作态度，才使我在普通的工作岗位上做出了些小小的成绩，得到了领导和同事们的一致认可。
同时在我的心目中，也有一种观念在逐渐地根深地固，那就是“态度决定一切”。
人生在世，只有区区数十年，选择反面，您的一生将碌碌无为，以失败而告终；而选择正面，您的一生将灿烂无比，精彩绝伦。
