工作面试自我介绍3-5分钟，讲些什么方面
我在美资500面过10多个人，面试官的和学生是不一样的警张的是你的说话芮容凑满这个时间，（就像完成一个作业，准时，内容正确一样），而对我来说，我从学生走过来，也有你的阶段，面的人多了，听的多了，我对照本宣读你的经历豪无兴趣。
我们考察的是你面试时一个人所展现的气场，比如仪态，比如语速，比如讲话的逻辑性和组织方式，以及你的肢体语言。
这可以客观的反应出一个人的性格甚或工作态度。
你的学习经历，即然我喊你来面试，那我肯定是认同有这资格的，（真实性不谈），所以单纯把经历放在组织讲什么，想把自己讲的天花乱坠，是没意义的。
