尊敬的各位老师，同学你们好， 我叫**，是高一**班的一名同学。
我喜欢···············，美术是我的特长，平时我也喜欢制作一些·······。
作为一名学生，我认为应该具有多方面的能力，因此我愿参加学校广播站，来弥补自己在·····方面的不足。
虽然我是第一次参加，没有经验，但我对我的工作充满了信心。
因为在这里我可以学到铁齿铜牙的口才，挥洒自如的自信，更可以和同学们交流学习生活。
最终要的是，在这个工作上我可以帮助同学们完成一些力所能及的事。

帮助别人也会使我自己得到快乐，让我感受到学校生活的充实和愉悦。
虽然我没有经验，但我还是希望学校广播站能做如下改进：1.我希望学校广播站可以添加一些栏目，帮助同学们学习文化知识。
例如可以安排一些时间来诵读古诗和美文，来提高同学的文化素养。
和可以安排一些科学性栏目，在扩大同学们视野的同时，还可以帮组同学们学习理科知识，一举两得。
2.我希望学校可以对投稿者设立一定的奖励，例如通报表扬等，这样同学们的投稿积极性一定会大大增加，我校广播站的广播内容也一定会得到丰富。
3.我希望可以·······（我实在写不下去了···） 当然，以上只我的个人意见，偏颇之处在所难免，还请各位老师和同学对我的意见加以综合，一起完善我们的广播站。

对于你说到的口语问题，作为刚刚参加完高考，进行了英语口语考试，拿了A等级的我来说，我的建议是： 1.先跟磁带把你的发音尽量纠正到最标准。
（推荐李阳的疯狂英语） 2.一定要鼓起勇气多跟老师用英语交流。
因为我母亲是名优秀的英语教师，所以我在家跟她都是用英语交流。
建议你平常也可以用英语和同学沟通。
如果你们学校有外教的话，一定要常跟他交流。
因为从外教身上真的可以学到很多东西。
我当时就是和我高中的三个外教（我们学校是每年换一次外教）都混的很熟
3.有机会的话多去课外实践下，比如当当英语导游什么的。
也尽量多参加类似英语角的活动。
而对于你说到的笔试，按你现在的水平，要想拿140的话，可以根据高考题型来制定对应方案。
1.听力：要想提高听力，除了多听，没有其他技巧和捷径。
在这里给你推荐一本听力：《listen to this》。
如果你能把这本书上的所有听力搞懂，且能达到一次就过的水平，我敢保证你高考的英语听力不下28分（满分30的情况下） 2.语法：学习语法说实话是很枯燥的。
也没有捷径可走。
高考语法的主要考点还是在各类从句，动词各种时态上。

我去年高考复习用的就是这本语法书。
真的很错。
如果你能好好融会贯通，达到忘记语法，出口就是最纯正的英语的境界的话，我想你高考语法这关也绝对没有问题。

3.阅读，完型，写作：最简单的，也是最实际有用的，每天坚持做两篇完型，四-六篇阅读，每周写篇写作。
一直坚持到高考前，那你的阅读，完型，写作也是没问题的
但是，前提是你每作完一篇完型，一篇阅读，每写完一篇作文，你都能把该篇阅读，完型，写作弄明白
千万不要落下任何一个知识点
而且在做阅读，完型的过程中，要注意积累词汇，培养自己的阅读速度和猜词能力。
最后，说说记单词。
我的建议是多看些文章\\\/报纸\\\/电影，通过阅读来增加词汇。
推荐你去买原版英文书。
那样不仅可以积累大量词汇而且可以学到最地道的英文写作方式。
