Last, but not the least, I would be my students good friend. I Know students have more need of encouragement than of critics. I would try to be a great teacher who never strives to criticize my students’ behavior but simply invites them to think about their behaviors on their own. 很多人可能只看到了比尔盖茨的钱，其实他身上闪光的不是钱，而是爱（大爱）。
大多数人一生追求的是职业成就，但比尔盖茨却说“不要以职业成就来评价你自己”。
要很好地理解比尔盖茨的这段话恐怕并不太容易，其实，在《世界上最伟大的推销员》的首篇羊皮卷已作了最好的说明“我要用全身心的爱来迎接今天”。
要从逻辑上来理解其实不难的，一个立足于为世界做些什么的人，与一个想得到些什么的人，思想、行为以及结果上会有明显区别的，前者不计较自己的得失待遇，能吃苦，表现出强大的耐心，这样就更能最终达到成功，后者计较自己得失，吃亏受苦的事接受不了，常因小利一叶障目而因小失大，路半途而已退缩；前者用心于事于物，事情就会做得很好，所产之物就会廉而美，自然更能得到社会认同，在竞争中就处于优势，后者用心于己于利，用心于算计，反而人算不如天算，得小利而失大利。
其实，得与失，自有社会公正来维持，用心于事于物者，用全身心的爱来对待世界的人，能创造更大的价值，自然地就会更富有。
钱这东西，你越追它，它跑得越远，你不追它，它反而往你家里跑，在比尔盖茨身上就是这个道理。
职业成就也是这样，当你用心地做些什么时，不知不觉地，成就就有了。
比尔盖茨就是这样具有爱的境界的人，他把爱奉献给世界，用心于让人们非常方便地使用电脑，“首富”是世界给予他的肯定，其实，他首先是爱的首富
已具备爱的境界的人可能还不太多，可以说，当一个人达到了爱的境界时，他\\\/她的世界就会变了，他\\\/她才会真正地获得成功。
