我这次教育实习的实习地是熙春路逸夫学校。
本次实习的内容主要包括“语文科目教学和班主任工作”。
说实话，这四个星期过得紧张而忙碌，但却充实而快乐。
尽管每天早出晚归，时刻为教学和带班而费尽心思，却品尝到了初为人师的快乐。
不管是队友们的课还是指导老师的课，都让我留下了深刻的印象，并收获了很多。

我的指导老师是二年级四班的班主任，她的经验丰富让我学会了很多书本上学不到的东西。
实习第一天，二年级四班的45个聪明、天真的孩子，从此闯入了我的生活。

他们充满了活力和生机，一张张稚气的小脸让自己打从心底里喜欢他们。
站在讲台上，我大声的进行早已背诵好的自我介绍，学生们都很热情地鼓掌并叫“李老师好”，此刻我既惊喜，但也难掩心底的紧张。
心里寻思着，他们这么欢迎我，我一定不能让他们失望。
接下来的两周，因为学校快要段考了，一般都是复习课，第三周有赛课和公开课。
在这三个星期里，我全面熟悉小学二年级的语文教材，认真听指导老师的课，并做好听课记录，课后与之交流，虚心请教，发现在做听课笔记方面，我们存在很多不规范。
在深入了解课堂教学的要求和教学过程后，我了解到，制定一堂课的教学计划或设计教学思路前，必先了解授课班级的学习情况，而这些就可以从批改作业以及和学生交流中所获得，贯穿这些过程中最重要的就是细心，细心观察、细心收集#from本文来自高考资源网、细心总结。

而因为条件反射，往往到了要交教案的时候心情总变得忐忑不已……记得第一次上课，我讲的课文是《丑小鸭》的第一课时，主要是教学生“我会认”和“我会写”中的生字词，内容比较枯燥;于是我，模仿指导老师教生字的环节——齐读、指名领读、开火车给生字组词、提问“你是怎样记住这些生字的”等等。
在课堂中，我会故意叫分心的学生回答问题，若回答不出则小惩大诫。
对于第一次上课的我来说，之前的紧张都是虚惊一场。
慢慢适应状态后，就比较放松了。
但是上课声音小，粉笔字问题，与学生互动等等都是我难以回避的问题。
于是我在课后努力改正，以确保在下一次的教学中不出现同样的错误，在这样的努力下，我的教态、语速、板书、提问技巧、与学生互动等各方面都有了显著的提高。
在班主任工作实习中，指导老师的经验传授尤为重要。
最初，我觉得我的指导老师都不太愿意搭理我，但是我用自己的真诚打动了她，因为我也知道自己对工作的生疏会给她添麻烦，所以我能做的就只有主动地、真诚地请教她。
二年级的小朋友，活泼、可爱、热情、好问。
在第一天我就活脱脱地被问成了“十万个为什么”。
有了第一天的手忙脚乱，我已经基本掌握要领。
首先，把班上学生的名字全记住了，因为他们每个人都有自己的特点。
男生调皮的较多，所以在管理上比较困难。
初来乍到，总会有些学生表现出不屑的态度。
通过与学生交朋友，不断地走近他们，了解他们主，课余和他们一起玩，慢慢地我和学生之间开始有了不同以往的互动，而互动中也渐渐有了默契。
在这里，我要告诉学弟学妹们的是我作为实习班主任主要做的工作是：①早上7:45—8:00，监督他们早读。
②管理两操(眼保健操、课间操)。

穿越血与火的历史烟云，历经建设与改革的风雨洗礼，伟大的中国共-产-党迎来了她90岁华诞。
九十年峥嵘岁月，把党铸成了一首神圣的长诗；九十年励精图治，把党的丰功伟绩绘成了一幅历史画卷。

”闻医生看着因呼吸困难而面色青紫的孩子，告诉泪眼婆娑的母亲：“有一线希望，我们就不会放弃
”从那一刻起，闻医生就不分昼夜地查阅专业医学资料，对症制定了几套治疗方案，精心实施救治，终于，在儿科全体医护人员的全方位护理下，患儿住院20天痊愈了，奇迹在闻医生的手下诞生了
出院时，孩子的父亲含着热泪说：“闻医生，您就是孩子的再生父母，我们全家的大恩人啊
”并下跪表示由衷的感谢被闻医生拦住了。
目前对于这种顽症的治疗，在我省仍是一个医疗难题。
闻医生在工作中以身作则，严格要求自己。
三十多年来，只要病人需要，她时刻把自己当作值班医生，随叫随到，始终坚持早上班、晚下班，坚持每天晚上巡诊病房，即使是节假日，即使在老母亲患上中风几次住院、独生女儿无人看管的情况下，也从未间断过。
她在日记中这样写道：“只要有一个晚上不去病房，我就睡不踏实。
”闻医生把全部心血都倾注在医疗事业上，用爱心去呵护每一个病人，因为她知道这是一名共-产-党员、一名医生义不容辞的责任。
2015年的春天，当手足口病肆虐之时，她带领儿科在“手足口病”的防治工作中，克服种种困难，积极采取措施，在院领导的大力支持下，短时间内成立隔离病房，设立重症监护病房，对首天住院的15位患儿进行了密切观察与妥善救治。
由于她和同事们的高度负责态度，及时识别重症病例，并采取有效的治疗措施，连续三年，在全县确保了无死亡病例。
她也因为成绩突出，受到了市、县主要领导和专家的接见。
多年来，她带领的儿科不断发展壮大，由14张床发展到120张， 2015年最多加床达128张，住院病人4570人次。
但她始终紧绷着一根弦，沉着应对、科学处置，从没有发生过一起医疗事故。

Now, parents and their children have to face to the problem “which one is the best?” In China, the best ones are usually nation universities, which is opposite to America. As we know, stellar and elite universities are most private, especially Ivy League schools. Some time even you find a proper university; the field of study will still be another problem. 一理专业职业生涯书前言在这个人才竞争的时代，职业生涯规划开始成为在人争夺的另一重要利器。
对各家医院而言，如何体现医院“以人为本”的人才理念，关注员工的人才理念，关注员工的持续成长，职业生涯规划是一种有效的手段；而对于每个人医护工作者而言，职业生命是有限的，如果不进行有效的规划，势必会造成生命和时间的浪费。
作为当代大学生，尤其是作为当代的医学生，若是带着一脸茫然，踏入这个拥挤的社会，怎能对得起我们的医学誓言，又承担得起治病救人的重任。
因此，我试着为自己拟定一份职业生涯规划，将自己的未来好好的设计一下，有了目标才有动力。
自我评价 我是一个当代本科护理学生，家里最大的希望是成为有用之才，平时喜欢外出散步、聊天，还有上网。
喜欢看小说、散文，尤其爱看杂志类的书籍，平时与人友好相处群众基础较好，亲人、朋友、教师关爱，做事认真、投入，但缺乏毅力、恒心，不爱运动，有时学习是“三天打渔，两天晒网”，有时多愁善感，没有成大器的气质和个性。
但是有时自信不足，常常害怕别人在背后做评论。
所幸的是，有一句老话“江山易改，本性难移”，虽然恒心不够，但可凭借那份积极向上的热情鞭策自己，久而久之，就会慢慢培养起来，充分利用一直关心支持我的亲人、朋友的优势，真心向同学、老师、朋友请教，及时指出自身存在的各种不足并制定出相应计划以针对改正。
经常锻炼，增强体质，为今后所从事的护理事业打好身体基础。
内外环境分析当今社会，医院都是以科技为先导、以人才为基础、以疗效为根本、以服务求生存医院聚集一批精萃的医学人才，医院中有护理组织发展战略、护理人力资源需求、组织护理队伍的群体结构、组织护理人员的升迁政策等等。
作为新世纪的护理人员，应该要有扎实的知识基础和熟练精湛的操作技能，要有严肃认真的工作态度，积极向上的工作精神，努力做好每一项事情。
然后综合自身的各种因素综合评价，确定适合自己发展的机遇与空间环境，准确把握自己的奋斗目标。
四、未来人生职业规划目标与行动计划 根据自己所学专业，在未来应该会向护理事业发展。
围绕这方面，本人特对未来十年作初步规划如下： 1、2008-2009年学业有成期：充分利用校园环境及条件优势，认真学好专业知识，培养学习、工作、生活能力，全面提高个人综合素质，并作为就业准备。
（具体规划见后）。
2、2009-2012年，熟悉适应期：利用3年左右的时间，经过不断的尝试努力，初步找到合适自身发展的工作环境、岗位。
主要完成内容：（1）学历、知识结构：提升自身学历层次，专业技能熟练。
英语四、六级争取考好，开始接触和熟悉工作环境。
（2）个人发展、人际关系：在这一期间，主要做好职业生涯的基础工作，加强沟通，虚心求教。
（3）生活习惯、兴趣爱好：适当交际的环境下，尽量形成比较有规律的良好个人习惯，并参加健身运动，如跑步、打羽毛球等。
3、2012-2017年，在自己的工作岗位上，踏踏实实的贡献自己的力量。
五、调整与评估计划固然好，但更重要的，在于其具体实践并取得成效。
任何目标，只说不做到头来都会是一场空。
然而，现实是未知多变的，定出的目标计划随时都可能遭遇问题，要求有清醒的头脑。
其实每一个人都有理想、信念、追求、抱负；若要获得成功，必须拿出勇气，付出努力、拼搏、奋斗。
成功，不相信眼泪；成功，不相信颓废；成功不相信幻影，未来，要靠自己去打拼。
二、护理专业学生职业生涯规划（一）本人的基本简历略（二）本人的家庭经济状况本人的家庭为中下等经济水平。
母亲在小学当教师，父亲在林业部门工作，月收入均在一千元左右。
（三）本人的职业倾向本人职业倾向于临床工作，希望可以做一名合格的护士。
虽然大家都说临床工作是很辛苦的，但是我觉得临床工作是最直接的服务于社会的方式，用我们的知识和爱心解除别人的痛苦是我们每个护士的心愿。
护士肩负着救死扶伤的光荣使命。
护士素质不仅与医疗护理质量有密切的关系，而且是护理学科发展的决定性要素。
所以作为一名护生我们要掌握扎实的专业技术，具备良好的素质。
将病人的利益放在首位，以救死扶伤为己任，在做好本职工作的基础上争取给病人最贴心的关怀。
在个性自我测验中（后附表）我进一步了解了自己的性格和天赋，我觉得自己喜欢和人交流，能把问题留给自己，宁愿放弃也不愿和别人争论。
容易相处，通常是好的合作伙伴。
乐于助人而且不会轻易烦躁。
可能不会直接说出自己的想法。
避免对抗，努力去取悦别人。
容易合作，会尊重别人及帮助别人。
这些特点非常适合护理工作，能和病人有良好的沟通。
在测试中我比较擅长的职业是交际类和艺术类，我个人也认为我的语言表达能力是我的强项，但是在现实社会理想和实际还是有差距的，所以知道自己喜欢的东西未必能作为我的职业。
