有时为了备好一堂课，我们要认真钻研教材十几遍；有时为了准备一篇材料，我们要翻阅大量书籍，不断学习新知，提升教育理念；有时为了完成学校交给的紧急任务，我们要放弃休息天加班加点。
记得上学期中心校要搞同课异构,分别由三位年轻教师执教《大海那边》,我们学校当然积极参与，隆重推出了姜芳老师。
为了设计这堂课，整个语文组群策群力，纷纷提出自己的设计思路。
姜老师更是敬业，从研读整册教学目标入手到安排课时内容、教学设计到一次次试教。

教师在生活工作中会遇到种种困难，家里老人生病无人照料、孩子生病学习成绩下降、教师因学生有厌学情绪而身心憔悴等等。
我利用课间休息和吃午饭时间与他们沟通，或者是在BBS里给他们回帖，与老师们真诚地交流。
也许我帮不了他们什么，但是一句问候、一句关心的话语既拉近了彼此的距离，又使心与心靠得更近了。
