3、借助工具，获得第二手材料，以补充并完善自己的第一手资料。
实习要求 1、每18~19人一组，设小组长3名，协助指导教师管理。
2、遵守纪律，服从安排，每日考勤，注意安全。
3、每组做好实习日记与讨论记录，实习结束每人完成一篇1000字的实习报告。
内容应包括实习目的、内容、发现问题与解决问题的方法。
实习过程 1价格------天天平价： 沃尔玛经营几种零售业态，虽然他们的目标顾客不同 ，但经营战略却是一致的，即“天天平价”，“为顾客节省每一美元”，实行薄利多销。

也就是说低价不等于廉价，低价不等于服务低劣。
相反，低价也有高价值，低价也有高的服务质量。
2促销 一）让利销售： 让利销售包括折价销售、会员制销售。
对全部商品折价销售，主要适用于沃尔玛连锁店的新开张、周年店庆以及一些重大的节庆日的促销；对某个部类的商品优惠售卖，主要适用于各种节日和季节性消费展开的促销活动。
折价销售在定价时就需要坚持两点原则：一是尽可能地低廉，仅仅高出成本一点儿，如30%；二是长期稳定地保持这种低价。
即使是某些商品拥有某种垄断优势或是遇到意外情况也不轻易改变，这已成为沃尔玛的一种经营战略。
会员制销售是最能体现长期效果的一种促销方式。
它是指沃尔玛向其经常性购买的顾客发放一种凭证，顾客以向沃尔玛缴纳会员会费或规定的其他方式获得凭证，依照企业的规定或会员章程的约定享受价格优惠、免费服务等优特权。
二）特惠商品 为了巩固和维护沃尔玛连锁店的低价形象，增加客流量，提高市场占有率，沃尔玛从各大部类商品中分别抽出一些商品进行优惠售卖。
对商品实行特卖的目的并不在于追求所有的顾客都能购买特卖商品，而是力求吸引尽可能多的顾客来商场购物。
