大家好，今天我要说的是一个大家都很熟悉又很普遍的东西，篮球。
篮球作为一项运动让我们都为之疯狂的是，让我们为之骄傲的是，让我们还继续看下去是因为他没有足球那么差，至少还能赢。
我认为篮球这项运动要比其他运动更适合我们，理由有几点，第一，篮球可以自己玩，也可以20人一起玩，当然如果球场能容纳，都上也是可以的，说到场地，篮球的要求也是最小的，不要求有多么大的场地，不要求很好的地面，不要求非要有个篮筐，不要求多好的天气等等，他的随意性，只在于你的心情，心情好我下大雨玩也是一样的开心。
第二，他对身体的好处，篮球在游戏过程中会锻炼人体90%的肌肉，当然如果你输了，不笑，那脸部肌肉是锻炼不了了。
一个完整的篮球比赛，你可以的到肌肉的锻炼，你会大汗淋漓，你要知道出汗是人体排毒重要的组成部分，出汗会让你更健康；体力的消耗，你全场都在不停的跑动，会让你的消化系统更好的工作，会增大你的胃口，由于你的体力透支消耗，不会长胖的；当然篮球锻炼你的协调能力，这个你懂的，如果你手脚，身体不协调，球被断掉是肯定的了。
延伸的说一下，从比赛竞技中还有很多哲学道理等你去思考，会在工作学习中给你启发。
第三，你会交很多的朋友，每天你都会跟你一起玩球的陌生人成为好朋友，以球会友，不错的选择。

我对篮球的好感不仅仅建立在这些，篮球在我国现在的普及程度已经超过其他运动项目，当然是娱乐类的，与足球不相上下，人们能更好的接收这项运动，是的，很简单，不管你用什么办法，绕过我把球投进，会玩不会玩唯一的区别，是你投进球后，是街球还是篮球。
对，街球很多都是允许的。
篮球同样可以出现在舞台上，他已经成为一种时尚，街球表演很多人都喜欢，对于年轻人来说很酷，你说对吧。
