童年的梦想演讲稿
运动会在今天上午结束了，整个运动会是比较顺利的，对学校来说是相当成功的，即所谓的取得了“精神、成绩双丰收”，达到预期想达到的目的，既保证了安全卫生，又让孩子们有了一个互相比拼的过程，而且还在下午把风筝比赛也搞掉了。
运动会的意义是什么呢
我想是在比团结合作、比拼搏精神，为了班级利益，同学们能做到戮力同心，为了班级利益大家可以不计个人得失，可以咬咬牙坚持到底，可以为了取得胜利而奋力拼搏，可以在各方面为班级作贡献，如写报道、喊加油、做救护、搞卫生、做宣传标语等等。
最让人看到班级凝聚力的是50×10的迎面接力，那种与其它班级同时比拼的场面可说是扣人心弦，所有人的心都是很紧张的，作为班主任最担心的是本班同学掉棒而失去机会，作为运动员怕的是自己辜负这么多同学老师的期望，不小心出错或掉棒或跑得太慢等，而观战的同学则恨不得自己的力量长在运动员身上，担心自己班级落后，拼命的喊是爆发出的心中对这个集体的热爱，这是一种最基本的集体主义精神。
在运动场上，我们很少看到同学哭，更多的是看到他们奋力地不顾一切拼搏的样子，他们能克服平时不敢想像的困难而上，能爆发出比平时大得多的力量、快得多的速度，因为有这个场，因为有这个团队和舞台。
他们能在跌倒时迅速爬起来继续跑，能在坚持不了的情况下顽强地完成自己的项目，像长跑时更能看出在最后拼搏的同学的意志，他们是用一种强烈的毅力支撑着前进的，这种精神可以摧毁一切，不管用在哪里，它都是最强的。
不过，在运动会上，我也看到和听到了很多现象，林林种种、方方面面都暴露出一些存在的问题和缺陷来。
比如现代孩子的社会化问题，最明显的是高段学生特别是六年级的种种成人化的模仿性的做法，像有的学生为了让自己班在卫生上不扣分，用钱或东西收买在检查的同学，还有的许下承诺，如果对方能做到什么的话，他便给他多少好处。
有的为了把别人拉下马，就让另外检查的同学去扣相关班级的分，以达到平衡。
有的检查者为了给一些班扣分，利用自己的权利还故意制造出一些扣分的依据，如说放在地上的东西叫乱扔垃圾。
有的与裁判进行私下交易，“买通”裁判，做一些他自己所谓的“行贿”的方法，针对一些老师的弱点进行“攻击”。
有的为了在宣传上面多投稿、多播稿（我们还有一项所谓的“精神文明代表队”的评比，即各方面做到文明、安全、卫生等的班级在年段中评一个，其级别相当于运动成绩团体第一名，其中有一项指标是投广播稿的数量和播出量，其原因是常常没人愿意去写去投，那样一来就会有班主任去“逼”出来了），采用了第一天从网上摘录优秀文句的方式直接抄上去投的方法，结果该班的投稿数量和播出来的篇数都遥遥领先，因为审稿者是“英雄不问出处”的。
更有夸张的是低段学生请家长在头天晚上就写好了稿子，以至于第二天运动会一开就有很多“出色”的稿子被播了出来，什么说“红色的信号弹升上天空”也能听到（大概是想说发令枪响时在烟屏上出现的白色烟雾吧，晕）。
有的在今天下午参赛风筝评比的时候拉票（运动会从昨天上午开始到今天上午为止一天半时间结束了，下午是制作风筝的评比和放飞），利用“我给你打勾，你也给我打勾”的方法，他分别给十个班同学打勾，而十个班又都给他打了勾；有不少

——题记 有这样的一个故事，一位叫薛瓦勒的乡村邮差，他每天徒步奔走在乡村之间，每天都走过崎岖的山路，而且每次走过都要拾上一些光滑的石头，心里默念着要用这美丽的石头建造一座属于自己的城堡。
他坚持不懈着，日复一日，年复一年，乡村里的人们都觉得这是不可能的事。

没错，当一块石了愿望，谁也阻挡不了它通向城堡的脚步。
人跟石头也一样，只要有了愿望，就有了通往城堡的动力，有了坚持不懈的信念。
我经常问身边的朋友，问问他们脑海里生长着一个怎样的梦想。
但他们展现给我的往往是一张懵懂的样子然后告诉我，我也在寻找中或者说脑海一片空白……这时我便陷入无奈和黑暗之中。
在年轻的年轮里，我们到底需不需要梦想
有人认为，活在年轻的岁月里，我们并不是太需要梦想，因为我们都不太读懂外面的世界，有很多事情都跟我们的心里想的不太一样，我们心里有的不过也是一些不切实际和单纯的梦罢了，又或者，是泡影似的梦，不过几天，又改变一个，这样的梦想虽然美好，但对我们其实并不重要。
年轻的梦真的不太需要吗
年轻的梦虽然不能为将来作出保证，但它能充实我们年轻的头脑，也为我们的成长历程贡献点点滴滴的经验和给予前进的动力，甚至我们也为它曾经骄傲过，努力过，付出过。
看着一个又一个的梦想在我们生命的历程里慢慢膨胀到瞬间破裂，其实也是一种考验，一种选择，一种享受青春的机会，一种成长。
我们活在当下，活在青春里，我们便需要梦想的陪伴，需要梦想带来的动力。
童年因为有了梦想，我学会了放风筝，学会了溜冰，学会了书法，学会了游泳……青年因为有了梦想，我学会了阅读，学会了观察，学会了探究，学会了交际……这都是因为有了梦想让我们更接近生活，更体验生活。
梦想是鱼儿游动的水，是嫩芽成长的养料，是声音传播的介质，是用电器工作的电源，是飞机起飞的奠基石…… 梦想需要我们从小开始放飞，需要我们用心去呵护。
