] 那么，计划表应该怎么写呢
我觉得首先要遵循的原则就是：具体。
换句话说，你的计划书要具体到你看过之后就马上知道自己要打开哪一本书的哪一个章节，而不需要再做过多的思考的地步。
这是内容上的具体。
时间上也要达到同样程度的具体：不要总以小时为单位计划时间，需要细化的时候要毫不犹豫地细化到每半小时、每一 刻钟我要做什么。
当然，如果你能够具体到每分钟的话，那是再好不过的事情了，因为有人说过：以分钟为单位生活的人比以小时为单位生活的人的时间多 59 倍。
事实上达到这一点很困难，所以不必强求。
其次的原则应当是：合理。
一个过高或过低要求的计划都是比较槽糕的。
对于正常人来讲，与其计划一天读完一部不列颠百科全书然后去接受无法完成的失败感，倒不如计划让自己痛痛快快的玩一天，因为至少，“玩一天”这个计划是很多可以完成的。
刚刚开始订计划一天的人可能不太容易找到合适的尺度，别担心，今后慢慢调整就是了，但重要的是：不要总定一个自己完不成的计划，毕竟，我们中的绝大数都不是圣人，不可能受得住持续的失败的。
