调查还发现，男生比女生的上网时间多。
学生上网究竟在做什么
调查表明：用于聊天、玩游戏、下载娱乐内容的比例高达55.7%. 不容置疑,网络是功能最全应用最广的媒体,它为青少年搭建了自主学习的宽广平台,它使学生获取更多的信息知识,“足不出户”,“尽览天下风云”;它为学生提供参与社交活动的广阔空间,“海内存知己,天涯若比邻”;它丰富了学生的生活,摆脱了“两点一线”读书生活的单调.网络世界好精彩! 但更不能忽视,网络这把双刃剑,刺伤了多少缺乏自护意识的青少年.网络的开放性与隐蔽性使多少精神垃圾灌输到一个个单纯的心灵。
有的轻信网站教唆，酿成人间悲剧；有的轻率会网友，无辜遭伤害；有的沉迷黑网吧，弃学难自拔；还有的热衷于网络游戏，被其中的弱肉强食、尔虞我诈搞的道德观念模糊，甚至心智混乱；有的被赌博、色情等网上黄毒感染，最终误入歧途。
他们陶醉于虚拟的空间，开始逃避现实，荒废学业，搞的自己形容枯槁，神思恍惚。
让家长叹气，老师摇头。

其次是对大学生自身的综合素质的要求，作为当代的大学生，只有切实提高自身的综合素质才能够符合高速发展变化的时代要求，担负起时代赋予的历史使命和社会责任。
因而我们当代当代大学生要着眼于自身的全面发展，认真学习党的十六大精神，用“三个代表”的自觉性和坚定性，提高自己的政治水平、政策水平和综合素质。
再次还要接受较高层次文化的熏陶，这是一国一民族文化传承的主要途径。
你可以发现很多国家大学生在文化变革中扮演的都是保守者的角色。
现在我们再来说说责任。
当代大学生的责任，抑或是每个人都应该具有的责任。
首先人应该对自己负责。
人生在世，虽然活着不全是为了自己，却有着对自己的责任，那责任是别人任何人也取代不了的。
对自己负责，就是要做一个无悔无愧的人。
人活着，短暂几十年，不是所有的人都可以成名成家，也不是成名成家就是人生的全部意义。

总而言之，不能让自己委屈，也不能让自己遗憾。
同时，作为一个家庭成员，大学生也有着不可推卸的对家庭的责任。
尽管家庭并没有刻意要求。
而正是因为此前对家庭尽到的责任太少，成为大学生后，就更应该增强责任心。
家是一个一出生就有的小环境，是一个永远的归处。
都说“当你失意时，第一个想到要回去的地方就是家”。
家庭成员之间是没有功利的纯正的关系，是都甘愿为其它家庭成员奉献的。
所以，尽一个家庭成员应尽的责任，既是对生我养我的父母的报达，也是给予自己心灵的反馈。
对国家，同样有着责任。
且不论公民的义务，单就国家的培养来说，知恩图报就已经是必然的了。
对国家的责任，也就是历史使命。
天下兴亡，匹夫有则，更别说是国家为之投入了的大学生，更别说是在这个相对和平的年代。
也许这一目标是远的，可是，只要坚定不移，就也是近的了。
作为国家的人民，作为未来的接班人，我们无法也无须逃避我们的使命。
