自从上了小学一年级，认识了拼音，发现读书是件快乐又轻松的事情。
现在换成妈妈是“观众”了，听我讲故事。
每次讲完都得到妈妈的表扬和掌声，我的内心是多么的快乐呀! 书，像一位知心的朋友安抚着我的心灵。
自从我扭伤了脚，很长一段时间都不能参加课外活动。
每次教室只剩下我一个人，能陪伴着我，不让我孤单的是我的好朋友“书”。

一个母亲为了自己的孩子不被死神带走，她不惜瞎了自己的双眼，换去满头的黑发，但当知道孩子的未来充满灾难，为了不让孩子痛苦，她又请求死神带走孩子，宁愿自己承受失去孩子的痛苦，每一位母亲为了救自己的孩子，都愿意牺牲一切，甚至是生命。
这故事让我领悟到妈妈平时背着我上学、放学……对我的照顾都是在无私的付出!天下的母亲也一样在默默地为着我们每一个人的付出!我们该好好珍惜生活所拥有的一切! 学校为了培养同学们爱读书的好习惯，不惜费尽心思开展各种各样《书》的活动。

大家好，我叫赵义帆，今天我演讲的题目是“书法的灵魂”不要说书法，就是写字也会写死。
因为颜真卿写同一个字，在不同的地方写得都不一样。
每个点画都会因时、因地、甚至因心情不同而不同。
所以，什么是传统，我们要梳理清楚。
对于创新，就更模糊了，这也是每个书法家面临的的大问题，毕生奋斗的问题。
但个别老同志不接受创新，一辈子写一个样子，认为这样才守住了传统。
其实，从有文字到现代，每个朝代都在创新。
没有创新，我们就不可能有文字；没有创新，就不可能有现在真、草、隶、篆等多种书体和多姿多彩的书法艺术。
今天书法艺术的辉煌，这都是历代书法家们创新的结果。
一、五种书体的演变 古籍记载，中国书法（文字）的书体种类很多，但归纳起来主要有五种。
其演变过程，便是中国书法艺术产生、形成、发展的过程。
（一）、篆书。
指秦以前书体的总称，又分大、小篆。
秦统一后，李斯所创为小篆，小篆以前统称大篆（甲骨文、金文、籀文和六国古文 1、书体变化： 图形符号→甲骨文（殷商时代）→大篆（金文、籀文、六国古文）→小篆（秦）。
2、变化原因：占卜记事→书写契刻。
3、变化方向：图形→线条，繁杂→简化、统一；绘画→书写。
4、代表作品： 甲骨文——殷墟甲骨； 金文——毛公鼎、散氏盘（开草篆之端），字体简约，用笔粗放，流动飘逸。
西周金文，奇逸飞动，气象深穆。
大篆——石鼓文（西周宣王太史籀），体势整肃、端庄、稳健，石、字诗浑然一体，具古朴雄浑之美。
小篆——泰山刻石（李斯），线条圆润、流畅、疏密均衡。
1、书体变化：草篆（周朝末年、散氏盘）→隶书（秦末程邈，东汉成熟）。
2、变化原因：书写方便。
奏章多、书写速度加快、普及性、实用性（易写、易认）。
西晋书法家卫恒：“隶书者篆之捷”。
中国书法 特点：整齐易认、美观大方、富于装饰性、蚕头燕尾。
3、发展方向：繁→简，圆→方，纵→横。
4、代表作品：东汉成熟时期——乙瑛碑、曹全碑、礼器碑等。
（三）、草书 与汉隶同出一脉（六国文字），许慎：汉兴而有草书。
1、书写变化：隶书→章草→今草（东汉张芝变章草为今草）→大草又称狂草（晋王献之）→书法艺术达到新的高峰（唐：张旭、怀素）。
2、变化原因：民间化、简化、速度加快。
3、发展方向：笔笔分开→笔画相连→去波→字字相连（王献之）→空间布白（现代）。
4、代表人物及作品： ①、张芝：东汉，最早的草书大师，善章草。
后脱去旧习，省减笔画与波桀，成为今草，一笔而成。
对二王影响颇深。
孙过庭书谱记载，王羲之称汉魏书迹，唯推钟、张，其余不足观。
东汉时期张芝墨迹“寸纸不遗”，现无墨迹留存，北宋“淳化阁帖”收有“八月帖”。
张芝学书法很是刻苦：临池学书，池水尽墨，“临池”来于此。
②、二王（王羲之、王献之）：王羲之——十七帖（今草趋完善）；王献之——鸭头丸帖、中秋帖。
王献之创造“一笔书”，书法豪迈，气势雄伟。
晋末到梁，影响超过父亲（唐帝王独钟王羲之），唐怀素、张旭便由献之而来，使中国书艺达到新的高峰。
（四）、楷书（真书、正书） 1、书体变化： ①、隶书省蚕头燕尾→北：魏碑→唐揩（融南北为一炉，法度深严）； ②、隶书省蚕头燕尾→南：王羲之小楷→唐揩； 2、变化原因：规范化，笔法严谨复杂，技巧化。
3、发展方向：形成楷法（永字八法），楷书到唐达到顶峰。
4、代表人物及作品： 小楷：①、王羲之《黄庭经》、《乐毅论》、《曹娥碑》。
②、王献之《洛神赋》。
③、北碑：郑文公、张猛龙、张黑女、石门铭。
大楷：唐四大家： 欧阳询：《九成宫醴泉铭》。
虞世南：《夫子庙堂碑》。
柳公权：《玄秘塔碑》。
颜真卿：《勤礼碑》、《大字麻姑仙坛记》。
