Nonetheless,I achieve my goals ultimately! What sorts of factors can be responsible for your success?First and foremost, the initiatives and motivation you exhibit,I firmly believed，is one of the most crucial traits in your road to seek after success one by one .Quite apparently，being initiative and active can be instrumental in smashing anysorts of difficulties，impediments and getting ridof passive attitudes towards life. As we all know,life ,more often than not ,is a mixture of happiness and sorrow，challenge and opportunity.Given that you turn into distressed and gloomy，or sluggish when confronting various barriers ,or even fortunes，you will be more likely to lose your confidence，miss your chance for success.More big hits and failures will turn up undoubtedly
Take my experience for instance. In last August,I was announced to be promoted as vice president of Student Union in my school.At one time ,I became over-joyed with myself all day long.I took it for granted that I shall be choosen as vice president.I took it for granted that I deserved this position.From that on ,I became lazy，and I were always absent from some important meetings and activities.Instead,I commanded my colleagues to do some tasks，but I merely looked on with folded aims,for I thought those were nothing more than trivial matters.Worse than all,I considered it quite rational to command them in a tone of leader. Ultimately,I just won two colleagues’s support in 15 voters. Not have been iniative and active should be accoutable for my sheer failure

以我的经历为例吧。
去年八月，我被告知将会升职为学生会的副主席。

我想当然地认为我一定会当选。
我想当然认为我适合这个职位。
从那以后，我变得懒惰，我经常缺席一些重要的活动和会议。
而且，我还指示我的同事去做很多事。
但我只是袖手旁观，因为我认为那些都是小事而已。
更糟糕的是，我认为以一种领导人的姿态指示别人干活很在理。
最后，我指赢得15个投票者中两个人的支持。
不主动，不积极应该为我的彻底失败负责。
