1.Recent years have witnessed the acceleration of the wheel of the population growth. Therefore, job hunting has become a heated topic among school graduates and people in human resource management. In this case, job satisfaction, an important indicator of a “good” job, is often taken into consideration by those people when they look for or offer a job. In this passage, I intend to analyze the diverse factors giving rise to job satisfaction and discuss the reality of expecting job satisfaction. Among so many factors, compensation system makes the most contribution to the job satisfaction. People in the HR department try every means to improve their compensation system in order to attract the attention of the most suitable and talented candidates for their organization. A high salary will make the job look more challenging, thus triggering the candidates’ desire to apply for the job, and adequate number of days of paid leave will enable potential employees to believe that the recruiter deeply concerns their welfare. As to the employees, they hold the belief that a decent pay indicates their achievements in the job. According to an interview done by the HR specialists, they are more satisfied when they receive better pays and are in higher posts though the job means more stressful. Besides the compensation system, job environment is another attribute that we cannot lose sight of. Equipments of advanced technologies enable staff to have better working environments and higher productivities, which in turn increase their job satisfaction and improve their company’s profitability and competency in the market. Moreover, lighting is also an issue in job environment. Appropriate lighting can reduce job fatigue and stress and also increase the job satisfaction. The expectation of job satisfaction benefits two parties, namely the recruiters and the employees. Expecting job satisfactions properly facilitates an HR manager to make up the job description of the vacancy. Moreover, appropriate estimation of the job satisfaction helps the superiors to do the performance appraisals of the subordinates more systematically at the end of the year. While for the employees, estimating their job satisfaction fosters the design of their career paths. If the job satisfaction of a job is expected to be low for a staff, he will know the work is no longer suitable for him and thus change a job, which wastes neither his nor his employer’s time.In a nutshell, though people will never come to the same conclusion on the job satisfaction, as a problematic issue, my opinion is that it should be contributed by the compensation system and working environment and people can benefit from proper expectation of the job satisfaction.2. JOB PROBLEMS FOR GRADUATES According to the statistics, only 58% of college graduates could find jobs in their specialties. Why do college graduates find it increasingly difficult to get a rewarding job? One reason perhaps is that many colleges and universities fail to adapt their courses to the development of economy. Degree courses offered in these institutions of higher learning are so outdated, irrelevant and impractical that the students themselves find it hard to translate their book knowledge into real job skills. Second, there is an oversupply of graduates in certain specialties. So many of them can not enter the professions for which they are trained. College graduates are valuable resources in our country. The problems they encounter in job hunting deserve more attention.3.My Viewpoint on Unemployment of College GraduatesWith the policy of expanding recruitment of higher education and fierce competition of job-hunting market, the unemployment of college graduation is becoming the hot issue of the whole society. The college graduates constantly complain being rejected by some promising company in the job-hunting market. Even most jobs provided in the job-hunting declaredly excluded the graduates, only welcoming the experienced employers. Even worse, entering for the post graduation examination is becoming an approach to escaping the problem of unemployment. Is that really difficult for college graduates to hunt job? In fact, the answer might be “no” . There are three reasons for unemployment of college graduates. The first one is the deficiency of practical vocational skills and academic knowledge. The second is the inappropriately evaluation of his own value in job market. The third is the actually fierce competition resulting from the policy of expanding recruitment of higher education. To successfully compete in the job market as a college graduate, you must work hard to master the academic and vocational skills during you college life. Of course, consciously training your practical skills by taking part-time job will be advisable.

History of Women in EducationIn order to understand the women education movement, it is important to have a brief background of its history. During the time of the ideal subservient woman a few bold women and events stand out as milestones in history. The first is in 1833; Oberlin College was founded. It was the nations first university to accept women and black students. The next important event was the Seneca Falls Convention in 1848. This convention added fuel to the flame of education and suffrage. The Seneca Falls Declaration has been called he single most important document of the nineteenth-century American woman抯 movement? At the convention a declaration concerning women抯 rights was adopted modeling the Declaration of Independence. Appearing in addition to issues of suffrage were issues of education and employment. The Declaration of Sentiments states: He has monopolized nearly all the profitable employments, and from those she is permitted to follow, she receives but a scanty remuneration. He closes against her all the avenues to wealth and distinction, which he considers most honorable to himself. As a teacher of theology, medicine, or law, she is not known. He has denied her the facilities for obtaining a thorough education - all colleges being closed against her. (Schneir 77) This event is of utmost importance to the women抯 rights movement. It laid the foundation for future achievements even though suffrage was not achieved until 1920. After the Seneca Falls Convention women continued to achieve milestones in education. In 1877, Helen Magill became the first woman in the United States to earn her Ph.D. By 1880, women comprised eighty percent of all elementary school educators, and by 1910 women made up 39 percent of all collegiate undergraduate students and even 20 percent of all college faculty. Finally, in 1920 women抯 suffrage was achieved, giving women a secure foothold in society. In 1945, the first woman was accepted to Harvard Medical School, and by 1972 Title XI was passed to help end the discrimination based on sex for any educational program that received federal funding. In 1980 women equaled men in numbers enrolled in colleges with 51 percent. Finally, in 1996 Virginia Military Institute was forced by the Supreme Court to become coeducational (Eisenmann appendix). There are many other events along the path to education that helped women achieve the status they enjoy today. This brief chronology merely traces a few of the hundreds of thousands of victories women had to win in order to become educated. The right to become educated has been long sought after by women. The history of women education parallels the beginning of feminism. Women have made huge strides toward receiving an equal education, but there is still much work to be done. This revolution is far from over. Material gains have been made, but an inequality of expectations and results of education for men and women remains.
There is the latest news, June 7, 2007, Microsoft founder Bill Gates at harvard a new session of the graduation ceremony was awarded the honorary doctorate, harvard law school on

The ideals are very important to all of us. But what are ideals? Now let’s look at the following famous sayings. The famous Russian litterateur Lev Tolstoy said, “Ideal is the beacon. Without ideal, there is no secure direction; without a direction, there is no life.” The famous American statesman Carl Schurz said, “Ideals are like the stars---we never reach them, but like mariners, we chart our course by them. ” The famous American scientist Albert Einstein said, “The ideals which have lighted my way, and time after time have given me new courage to face life cheerfully have been kindness, beauty and truth.”

The Outlook For China's EconomyChina, the world's second largest economy by purchasing power parity, contributed over 10% to global economic output in 2007 and 2008 and is thus a key part of any recovery of the global economy. China faced a severe deceleration of growth in the second half of 2008 based on a number of indicators: GDP, production of electricity, the Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI), weakness of auto sales, a fall in residential home sales, manufacturing data and falling imports and exports. In fact, calculated on a quarter-by-quarter basis like most other countries, Chinese growth (which is reported only on a year-on-year basis) was practically zero and even negative by some private sector estimates. However, there are greater signs of economic recovery in March from the depths of the fourth quarter of 2008, and most forward-looking indicators suggest that from the second to the fourth quarter of 2009, growth will accelerate relative to the dismal fourth quarter of 2008 and weak first quarter of 2009. The more optimistic outlook for Chinese growth would require a recovery in the global economy, especially the U.S., in the second half of 2009, a development that seems more likely to come in 2010. It seems too soon to point to an economic recovery, particularly in the absence of a rebound in demand from the G-3 economies (the U.S., European Union and Japan) that absorb most of Chinese exports. There are other risks to this scenario. First, the Chinese policy stimulus could turn out to be insufficient, and further stimulus could be delayed. Second, if a drugged recovery--via easy money, loose fiscal policy and easy credit--leads to further over-capacity (of which there is some evidence), it could result in rising non-performing loans, falling profits or rising losses.Furthermore, although indicators of private consumption like retail sales have remained relatively robust, they are growing at a slower pace compared to the second half of 2008. The extent of job losses and falling incomes as well as negative consumer confidence may slow consumption further going forward, particularly in urban areas, despite government incentives.Despite the fact that China's aggressive policy response included monetary easing, a scaling up of bank lending and a particularly aggressive scaling up of government investment to offset the contraction in private demand, there is an increased risk that China will grow only in the 5% to 6% range year-on-year in 2009, about half its average growth of the previous five years, and well below potential. Such a growth rate would increase pressures on China's government, as the hard landing has been accompanied by job losses and factory closures as well as implying that Chinese commodity demand could continue to be lower than recent trends.
