我起身的那一刹那，我看见我身后的几个疲惫的年轻人都将自己的座位让了出来。
而那些坐下的“长辈们”却坐在那里谈笑风生。
整个车厢，只有年轻人的呼吸和长辈们的高谈阔论,他们认为,一切都是应该的. 写下这段经历，我并不是想指责什么，我只是想说，在二十一世纪的今天，每一天，都会有N多个年轻人在这个社会里开始起步踏入自己的人生。
他们所踏出的每一步，其实都是为了最终能够延续那个光荣的优良美德。
因为，想要将中华民族的这个优良美德继承下来，光说是远远不够的，而必须塌实地去做。
不信,你可以随意问一个年轻人,问他奋斗的目的是什么?他肯定会回答你:让自己幸福,让自己的家人更幸福!其实,这就是实现美德的目标呵.只有首先让自己稳定下来，才有足够的能力去做到真正的尊老爱幼。
尊老爱幼是什么
不是说让一次座位就是尊重了，这只是构成和谐社会的其中一个因素而已，生活里，还有诸多个类似的细节出现呢，我们是否都要放弃自己而去迎合这个美德呢
当然，有相当一部分人会选择放弃自己。
因为，中华民族是一个以“孝”字当前的国家。
在我们的字典里，只要违背了“孝”字，就会被众叛亲离，指责成不仁不义。
因此，有相当一部分人从小就被灌输着一种思想：这事你得听大人的，大人说了你就听，没错
几十年来，一直都是“听大人的没错”，于是，习惯成自然的在自己的思维里形成了一个模式：这事我要是自作主张了，怎么对得起为我日夜操劳的父母长辈们
于是，这一部分人往往都会被家庭束缚而改变也许会很美好的前程，按照父母意愿踏上了自己的征程。
当然，这也是他们继承优良传统美德的方式。
这里面，也有一些老人们的思想在做崇，某种时刻，当面对一个以死相逼的老人时，我们也确实会束手无策。
血浓于水的概念是非常具有震撼力的。
而在这种震撼力的背后，我们究竟得到了什么
又失去了什么
也许，此时此刻的尊老爱幼，不再是一种美德，而是一种负担吧。
我总是认为，在力所能及的范围内做力所能及的事情，是对自己对家人对身边所有的人们最好的尊重，也是最轻松的方式。
我们都是中华民族的一员，我们都要继承中华民族的优良传统美德，可我们的表达方式也可以随着社会的进步而变迁，而不仅仅是为了这句口号而继承，要用最真实的内心和行为去表达和实现，让尊老爱幼的美德在我们的努力中得以升华,而不要过度地去为了美德二字去维护和遵循。
否则，等我们变老的时候，这个社会将会变得非常可怕，可怕得一无所有.到那个时候，也许，美德也只能是一种美德了，它将变得什么都不是，就守着美德去天堂吧。
“老吾老，以及人之老，幼吾幼，以及人之幼。
天下可运于掌。
”孟夫子的这段教导的意思是“敬重自己的长辈，进而推广到敬重别人的长辈，抚爱自己的子女，进而推广到抚爱别人的儿女。
如果以这样的准则治理国家，统一天下就如运转于掌心一样容易了。
” 尊老爱幼是我国优良的道德传统的精华。
尊老爱幼是人类敬重自己的表现，每个人都有自己的儿童时代，每个人也都有老的一天。
古往近来，多少个春夏，多少个秋冬，一代代人由小孩到老人，不管是处于盛唐还是当今社会，有一点却是共同的，那就是弘扬尊老爱幼的优良传统。
尊老爱幼起始于原始社会，当时生产力低下，在氏族公社的内部为了人类的繁衍和文明的延续，对丧失劳动能力的老人和尚无劳动与生活能力的小孩都一样分配劳动果实，实行义务抚养。
由此逐渐形成的这种朴素的道德观念，被继承下来。
从原始的社会，就已有了尊老爱幼的思想，这使人听起来感到非常的高兴，从中也可看出人性的善良。
“尊老爱幼”有着她经久不衰的生命力。
这项传统美德一定会被我们永远的继承下去。
1986年，根据中国老龄问题全国委员会的建议，国务院决定将每年农历九月九日的重阳节定为“中国老人节”，借助传统的重阳节，祝愿全国老人健康长寿。
中华人民共和国成立以后，于1949年12月规定每年6月1日为儿童节。
尊老爱幼是我国古代优良的传统美德，我们要弘扬这优良的传统。
为新中国的精神文明建设贡献自己的一份力量。
中国人一向说自己是一个懂得尊老的民族，我们从小受到的教育，也是要尊老敬幼。
每个人都有被呵护的童年，随着年龄的增长，孩子也象鸟儿一样会远走高飞。
成年人有很多无形的责任，自己的工作、家庭、孩子，我相信，成年人都会有这样的烦恼：一方面在外辛苦工作，为了更好的明天打拼，一方面，又在想，今天，我们的父母又该想我们多少次呢

父母对子女的爱恐怕是这个世界上最无私的付出了，但又有多少子女能体会到父母的爱
在父亲冷漠严厉的面庞下，隐藏着的是一颗总是无意中就被孩子刺伤的心。
