”这个内容极其丰富、热情四溢的历史性演讲，后来被人们称为《奥林匹克宣言》。

1914年，欧战爆发。

这份演讲稿在战乱环境中未能公开刊登，顾拜旦只能悄悄地把它藏匿起来。

1937年，顾拜旦因心脏病急性发作去世，那份曾经令人振奋和激动的宣言，随着演讲稿的不知去向，也似乎渐渐被遗忘。

但热衷研究体育历史的法国外交分析专家弗朗索瓦·达马侯爵始终坚信手稿原件尚在人间，他通过当年报纸留下的点点滴滴间接信息，凭着蛛丝马迹走遍欧洲、北美、非洲。

最终，达马侯爵于20世纪90年代初在瑞士一家银行的保险箱中发现了它。

由此，达马侯爵成为了顾拜旦《奥林匹克宣言》传播的唯一权利人。

2008北京奥运会1994年，在纪念奥运百年活动期间，国际奥委会以英文、法文在内部出版了仅1000本《奥林匹克宣言》小册子，以此公布这份珍贵手稿的存在。

2008年1月2日，为纪念顾拜旦诞辰145周年，中、法、英3种文字的《奥林匹克宣言》全球首发庆典在北京举行。

标志奥林匹克运动有一系列独特而鲜明的象征性标志，如奥林匹克标志、格言、奥运会会旗、会歌、会徽、奖牌、吉祥物等，这些标志有着丰富的文化含义，形象地体现了奥林匹克理想的价值取向和文化内涵。

象征着五大洲团结。

其中，蓝色代表欧洲；黄色代表亚洲；黑色代表非洲；绿色代表大洋洲；红色代表美洲。

五环相连代表5大洲的团结和全世界的运动员在奥林匹克运动会上相聚一堂。

《奥林匹克宪章》规定，奥林匹克标志、奥林匹克会旗、奥林匹克格言和奥林匹克会歌的产权属于国际奥委会专有。

2008北京奥运会奥林匹克会旗于1913年由顾拜旦亲自设计，长3米，宽2米。

1914年为庆祝现代奥林匹克运动恢复20周年，在巴黎举行的奥林匹克代表大会上首次升起。

1920年安特卫普奥运会正式采用。

奥林匹克会旗上面是蓝黑红三环，下面是黄绿两环。

此后，奥林匹克格言的拉丁文“Citius, Altius, Fortius”出现在国际奥委会的各种出版物上。

奥林匹克格言充分表达了奥林匹克运动所倡导的不断进取、永不满足的奋斗精神。

虽然只有短短的六个字，但其含义却非常丰富，它不仅表示在竞技运动中要不畏强手、敢于斗争、敢于胜利，而且鼓励人们在自己的生活和工作中不甘于平庸、要朝气蓬勃、永远进取、超越自我，将自己的潜能发挥到极限。

首先，奥林匹克精神强调对文化差异的容忍和理解。

其次，奥林匹克精神强调竞技运动的公平与公正。

人人平等，实现更高、更快、更强的理想。

正如已故美国著名黑人田径运动员杰西·欧文斯所说“在体育运动中，人们学到的不仅仅是比赛，还有尊重他人、生活伦理、如何度过自己的一生以及如何对待自己的同类”。

《奥林匹克宪章》指出，奥林匹克运动的宗旨是：“通过没有任何歧视、具有奥林匹克精神——以友谊、团结和公平竞争的精神相互理解的体育活动来教育青年，从而为建立一个和平的更美好的世界作出贡献。

”奥林匹克日1948年01月，国际奥委会在第42次全会上将每年的06月23日定为奥林匹克日，举行庆祝活动，纪念国际奥委会的诞生，宣传奥林匹克理想和推动普及运动。

自1987年起，国际奥委会发起了“奥林匹克日长跑”。

奖牌1896年，在雅典举行的第1届现代奥林匹克运动会上，冠军获得的是一枚银质奖章和一个橄榄枝做的花冠，亚军获得的是一枚铜质奖章和一顶桂冠。

此奖章是由法国艺术家儒勒·夏普朗精心设计的。

第2届奥运会在巴黎举行，竞赛规程规定要颁发“特别富有艺术意义”的奖品，结果取消了奖章，而给每个奥运会参加者发了1枚长方形的纪念章，图案是勇士手执橄榄枝。

圣火奥运圣火首次出现是在1928年阿姆斯特丹奥运会。

当时是顾拜旦提出了这一想法，但仅限于在体育场附近的一个喷泉盛水盘上点燃圣火。

古代奥林匹克运动会点燃圣火的仪式，起源于古希腊人类自上天盗取火种的神话，在奥林匹亚宙斯（Zeus）神前，按宗教的仪式在祭坛上点燃火种，然后持火炬跑遍各城邦，传达奥运会即将开始的讯息，各城邦必须休战，忘掉仇恨与战争，积极准备参加奥运会的竞技比赛，因此火炬象征着和平、光明、团结与友谊等意义。

吉祥物在奥运史上，吉祥物第一次出现在1972年慕尼黑奥运会上。

此后吉祥物就成为构成一届奥运会形象特征的主要成分。

国际奥委会和历届奥运会组委会对吉祥物的设计要求都很高，每1届奥运会吉祥物的揭晓都吸引了世界的关注，成为当届奥运会的亮点。

在吉祥物的艺术形式上，1992年巴塞罗那奥运会以前，奥运会吉祥物大多以举办国有特色的动物形象为创作原型，一般是一个物种。

6、奥运会志愿者致谢仪式，有运动员代表向志愿者鲜花，表达对他们为奥运会做出贡献的表彰和致敬，此仪式为北京奥运会闭幕式首创。

7、升希腊国旗，奏希腊国歌，一般在中央旗杆左起第一杆。

假如有一天，你失去了双手和双脚，该怎样继续生活

对很多人来说，答案或许是一个大大的问号——我将如何吃饭、穿衣

如何自由地行走、奔跑

　　然而，27岁的澳大利亚青年尼克·胡哲（Nick Vujicic）却将这无法想象的困境，变成了一个令全球无数人惊讶的感叹号。

从出生起，他就没有四肢。

用他自己的话说，他只有一个“小鸡腿”（左脚掌及相连的两个小脚趾）。

为什么这个漂亮的小男孩，会遭遇这样的命运

医生也无法给出解释。

　　这样一个曾经让父母担忧的“怪胎”，如今，取得的成绩令大多数健全人都望尘莫及。

他取得了会计和金融企划的双学士学位，创立了一家公益组织并担任总裁，被评为2005年“杰出澳洲青年”。

他是一名出色的演讲家，走遍了20余个国家，与上百万人分享了自己的故事。

　　日前，尼克带着他的勇气和梦想来到复旦大学，讲述“我和世界不一样”的心路历程。

尼克告诉同龄人：“如果别人没有给你奇迹，你就去成为奇迹。

”　　用“小鸡腿”开个玩笑　　现场直击工作人员刚把尼克抱上讲台，他就不安分地用“小鸡腿”在讲台上跳来跳去，向大家展示自己有多灵活。

他一边嘟囔着，一边跳着退到桌子边缘。

“往后退一点，再往后一点，嗯，再来一点

”就当大家担心他会摔下去时，他“站”直了身子，狡黠一笑：“哈，开个玩笑

”　　“我最喜欢开玩笑了

”尼克说，自己可喜欢恶作剧了——仗着自己身材“迷你”，他曾让朋友把自己塞进飞机行李舱，去吓唬别的乘客。

因为没有腿，他可以在汽车座椅上原地转圈，结果，邻车的司机透过车窗玻璃，只能看到他头部在360度旋转，惊得目瞪口呆。

　　他用他仅有两个脚趾的脚掌，灵巧地敲击着一个有着16个按键的敲鼓机，一段节奏感强烈的打击乐震撼了全场。

）”他吹着口哨，神采飞扬，就像其他这个年纪的年轻人一样。

“我喜欢我的小脚掌

”令尼克自豪的是，当他学会了用幽默和自信面对世界时，他发现，“人们的确忘掉了我没有双臂和双腿的事实，而将我当成了另一个普通人看待。

为了证明这一点，尼克把自己重重地摔在桌上。

他用头顶着桌面，在全场的掌声中，一点点艰难地拱起身体。

他骄傲地环视着四周，感叹“没有什么不可以，只要有希望

”　　“曾经我以为，有了手有了脚，生活才会有希望，后来我发现，健全人同样在寻找希望，”尼克从生活经历中领悟到，不放弃才是一切希望的源泉。

　　他以为他不会写字，结果，妈妈专门制作了一个塑料模型，套在脚趾上，用这个模型夹住笔来写字画画。

现在，他每分钟能在电脑上打43个字母。

他将牙刷夹在脖子和肩膀之间的肌肉里，然后来回移动嘴巴，创造了独特的刷牙法。

　　中国学生都熟悉爱迪生失败9999次，最终发明了灯泡的故事。

尼克说，他也经常用爱迪生的故事鼓励自己，鼓励他人。

他曾在美国一所中学，遇到一个沮丧的男孩，当着他的面大哭起来。

原来，男孩因为身体原因，无法成为一名飞行员。

他觉得，自己的梦想破碎了，前路茫茫。

尼克请他先别那么早下结论，“你可以放弃你这个梦想，但，转角处或许还藏着别的希望

”一年后，当尼克再见到男孩时，男孩又哭了起来，但这回，却是喜悦的眼泪——他告诉尼克，放弃飞行员的梦想，让他很伤心。

无意间，他拿起吉他排解情绪，却一下爱上了音乐。

如今，他组建了乐队，体验到从未有过的快乐和满足。

　　“Give up（放弃）还是Get up（站起来），这是每个人必须面临的选择。

”说这话的时候，尼克收起了顽皮的笑容，表情真诚严肃。

　　尼克没想到，自己有一天会环游世界。

他的演讲“No Arms, No legs, No worries”（没有手臂，没有腿，没有烦恼），每到一处就激起一阵心灵震撼，并被制作成视频，风靡网络世界。

　　但起初，他的世界并不是这样。

　　这个开朗的小伙子，也曾有过沮丧的时刻。

从小，他就受到来自周围人的嘲笑。

尤其是当他长大，还需要父母抱着进洗手间的时候，那种尴尬和羞愧，几乎让人难以忍受。

8岁时，他曾经想自杀，10岁时，他尝试自杀了3次，结果，都没有成功。

　　他渐渐成长，他越来越强烈地意识到，自己和世界不一样，他开始思考，“我存在的价值在哪儿

” 　　父母的支持和鼓励，让他发现了自己。

“不要去抱怨自己所没有的，要学会感谢自己所拥有的。

”他说，第一次开始尝试玩足球时，他也曾以为自己只能用头去顶，但当足球向他疾速飞来的那一刻，他第一反应就是用“小鸡腿”去接球。

虽然，他一个星期都只能跷着脚，用大腿根部走路。

但是，这样的经历，让他发现自己没什么不可以。

　　“在别人看来，我什么都没有，但至少我还有大脑。

”尼克朝大家挤着眼睛，“而且我还很帅，不是吗

” 　　在学校里，他和别的孩子一起学习、运动、竞赛，还成了学校学生会主席。

19岁时的一次公开演讲，让尼克明白今后的路该怎么走。

台下，很多女孩听了他的故事开始抽泣，一个女孩哽咽着拥抱了他，在他的耳边说谢谢。

那一刻，尼克忽然觉得，自己给别人带来了希望，这不正是自己的价值所在

回家后，他大声向父母宣布了自己的决定：“我要做一个演讲家

” 　　不料，父母却给他泼了“冷水”。

妈妈问他：　　“你讲给谁听

”“不知道……” 　　“你讲什么

”“不知道……” 　　“谁为你支付路费

”“不知道……” 　　但是，带着一连串的“不知道”，尼克坚定地踏出了第一步。

　　他相信，畏惧比没有手脚更可怕。

几年后，当一个和自己有同样残疾的小男孩来到讲台上，告诉尼克，自己也像他那样学会了游泳时，尼克兴奋极了。

　　残疾也能创造奇迹　　说起自己的残疾时，尼克说：“生命中有些东西是我们不能控制和改变的，你要相信自己的判断，而不是别人对你的判断。

尼克认为：“你可以跌倒，但你不可以成为一个失败者。

与其抱怨没有人和你做朋友，不如去找朋友；与其抱怨没有奇迹发生在你身上，不如去创造奇迹。

当你相信没有希望的时候，只是因为你没有看到希望。

但不因为你看不见，希望就不存在。

” 　　一个女孩也希望可以像尼克一样创办一个公益网站，但是担心开始的路会很艰难，甚至毫无方向。

尼克鼓励她：“当你发现你的困难暂时没有人帮你解决时，在寻求经验帮助的同时，不妨回头看看6个月之前的事情，你就会发现你和原来已经不一样了。

”　　环游世界传递爱　　现场直击 “我不能和别人握手，但是，我可以给你一个大大的拥抱，”尼克喜欢前倾着身子，表达他对朋友和世界的热情。

　　听众中，站起一个女孩，流着泪告诉尼克，自己要把从他的演讲中获得的力量，带给妈妈，帮助妈妈战胜病痛。

尼克请她上台，将一个特殊的拥抱，送给了女孩。

　　有台下学生问尼克，什么是支撑他最大的力量。

尼克毫不犹豫地说，“家庭”。

“如果你有一个家庭，不停在撒下爱的种子，你怎么可能愿意离开你的家人，把痛苦留给那些爱你的人

”尼克感叹。

　　在尼克眼中，父母最让他感动之处在于，他们始终是他最好的听众，听他诉说一切烦恼和快乐，从不厌烦。

　　从他6岁起，爸爸教他如何用脚趾往电脑里输入文字，教他游泳，并鼓励他学习踢足球、玩滑板。

妈妈告诉他，在任何环境下都要微笑，告诉他，“别人再盯着你看，你可以主动去和别人搭话，以友好的姿态来面对这个世界，那样世界也会对你友好”。

“我爱我的父母，比爱我自己更多。

我不愿意把痛苦留给他们。

”尼克说，这份对爱的回馈和感恩，让他不轻言放弃。

　　尼克透露，他的第一本书即将出版，第一部电影“Butterfly Circus”也即将上映。

他建立了一个非营利组织。

中国之行，他特意去了四川，给经历过地震灾难的孩子们演讲。

他们中有的人，在灾难中失去了手脚，尼克希望用自己的故事给他们前行的力量。

　　他创办了网站“没有四肢的生活”（）他号召全球各地受到他鼓励的年轻人行动起来，汇集大家的力量帮助全球更贫穷的孩子们。

做一个爱的传递者，是尼克的梦想。
