还有一个故事，是在澳大利亚总理霍克就任期间，有一次在一家商场内，霍克与一位老人就养老金问题发生争执。

我们不但要有讲文明的大人物，我们更需要一群有礼仪的民众。

人要有良好的文明环境，就必须先从自身做起，从身边做起。
正像鲁迅先生说:“中国欲存争于天下，其首在立人，人立而后凡事举。

我国《未成年人保护法》规定国家对小学生的保护，分为家庭保护、学校保护、社会保护和司法保护4个方面。
家庭保护是指父母或其他监护人对小学生进行的保护，这种保护包括在生活上的关心照顾和思想上的教育培养。
爸爸妈妈是与我们血肉关联的亲人，就如为大家遮风挡雨的参天大树，为我们提供基本的衣食住行，创造良好、和睦的家庭环境，依法履行对未成年人监护职责和抚养义务。
《未成年人保护法》明文规定：禁止对未成年人实施家庭暴力，禁止虐待、遗弃未成年人，不得歧视女性未成年人或者有残疾的未成年人。
虐待是指用打骂、冻饿、捆绑、限制自由、强迫干重活、有病不给治等手段，对他人进行迫害。
有些父母认为，孩子是我的，想打想骂，别人管不着。
他们遇到孩子做的事不随自己意，或因孩子有病、呆傻而虐待孩子，使孩子的身心都受到严重摧残。
爸爸妈妈或者其他监护人应当关注大家的生理、心理状况和行为习惯，以健康的思想、良好的品行和适当的方法教育和影响未成年人，引导未成年人进行有益身心健康的活动。
父母有义务学习家庭教育知识，正确履行监护职责，抚养教育未成年人。
三、相关典型案例【案例】小学生聪聪在全国绘画大赛上获得了一等奖，校美术出版社希望他提供几幅作品，择优录用。
琨琨拿出4幅作品，但没有得到出版社的任何答复。
半年后，琨琨在该出版社出版的《儿童绘画作品选》上看到了自己的作品，上面没有注明自己的名字。
于是，琨琨的父亲向法院提起诉讼。
【法律规定】国家依法保护未成年人的智力成果和荣誉权不受侵犯。
根据法律规定，创作作品的公民就是该作品的作者。
聪聪虽然是小学生，但他对自己的画同样享有著作权。
校美术出版社侵犯了琨琨的著作权，应当向琨琨支付稿酬并给付样书。
