很荣幸，我进入了这个组织。
当然，这只是我在国护的开始。
由于我曾在国防生大队担任班长，并且在军事交通学院打下良好的军政训练基础，因此我很快胜任了国护班长的职务并顺利进入了训练部承担国护日常训练任务。
直到有一天，我非常惊喜地收到副队长陈笑语的邀请，将我纳入了国护办公会。
众所周知，国护办公会是护卫队的领导机关，护卫队大大小小的事务都要经办公会的批准执行。
在办公会里，我协助队长工作并与各部长协调办公，与各位部长、队长甚至学校领导一起交流研讨，积极顺利完成了很多任务。
这些都为我竞选队长积累了很多宝贵的工作与管理经验。
对于护卫队的未来，我想在新学期应当有新面貌，我们应该向时代潮流看齐，搞改革、抓创新、谋发展。
制定护卫队发展长期目标与短期计划。
一、对于内部建设 首先，亟待解决的是护卫队的纲领问题。
护卫队各类规章制度如操课制度、文娱活动制度、奖惩制度等有待健全并完善，更重要的是目前现有制度落实不到位、效果不明显，由此导致队员们在训练时事倍功半，参加活动时热情度不高，护卫队归属感

我想对朋友们说：当您为了一时方便，而横穿马路时；当您怀着侥幸心理，想酒后驾车时；当您为了赶时间，对红色禁行灯视而不见时………为了您和他人的幸福，请您三思而行，您可曾想过，也许就在您决定铤而走险的一刹那，属于您的生命交响就因为那几个不和谐的音符而不得不付出惨痛的代价
一件件血一样的事实、一曲曲未奏完的生命交响时时刻刻警醒我们：对交通法规的忽视就是对安全的忽视、就是对生命的忽视
真心地希望大家能从红绿灯的排序开始身体力行的关注我们的交通问题，让快乐的音符永远跳跃在属于自己的生命乐章。
为了准备这次演讲，我也找了很多材料，发现只要提到交通，说到安全，似乎处处都充满着血腥味，刚才也有不少演讲者为我们讲述了许多这样可怕的、可怜的真实的故事。
这真是一个非常沉重的话题，是一个个足以让亲人痛苦一生的话题，一个足以让和谐社会变得不和谐的话题。
在这里，我也不忍心再度提起，犹如揭开一个个连心的伤疤。
然而，我在想，为什么我们的安全意识一定要用鲜血换取，我们对生命的尊重一定要用死亡去唤醒
是不是只有当这些惨祸发生、必定要面对生死离别时，才能让我们对交通法规有所重视，才能感受安全的可贵，才能感受家庭的温馨，才能感受和谐社会对我们的意义呢。
其实我更愿意与大家共享的是一则充满温情的小故事。
故事中没有死亡，没有悲伤，却深深触动我的心灵。
希望我们每一个学生都要做到：1、遵守交通规则，注意交通安全，骑车同学要不骑英雄车，骑车不带人,步行同学过马路时要走斑马线,穿过马路要左右看看,等到没有车辆通过时,方可过去。
2、不吃路边摊点上的不卫生食品，有病要及时到医院就诊。
3、课间不追逐、不打闹，上下楼梯靠右行，不从楼梯的扶手上上下滑，行至拐变处，要放慢脚步，预防相撞。
4、运动时，要遵守运动规则，注意自我保护。
5、不翻爬院墙，即使是球出院墙，也不允许翻院墙，可告知老师，用其他方法解决，要杜绝用石子砸人。
