And who your judgement arespread to.It's about who you've ignored with full control and intention.It's about jealousy, fear, ignorance, and revenge.It's about carrying inner hate and love, letting it grow, and spreading it.But most of all, it's about using your life to touch or poison other people's hearts in such a way that could have never occurred alone.Only you choose the way those hearts are affected, and those choices are what life's all about. Protection of the Environment Once man did not have to think about the protection of his environment. There were few people on the earth, and natural resources seemed to be unlimited. Today things are different. The world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources,and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, human life on earth will not survive. We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea, there will soon be none left. Yet,with modern fishing methods, more and more fish are caught.We know that if too many trees are cut down, forests will disappear. Yet, we continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees. We see that if rivers are polluted with waste products, we will die. Yet, waste products are still put into rivers. We know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate, in a few years, there won’t be enough food.What can we do to solve these problems? If we eat more vegetables and less meat, there will be more food available. Land for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals are kept. Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them. The world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods of birth control. Finally, if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a better and cleaner planet in the future. 保护环境 过去，人们不必担心保护环境的问题。
因为那时地球上人口稀少，自然资源似乎取之不尽。
如今，一切都改变了。
世界变得拥挤异常。
我们正在耗尽我们的自然资源，有毒化学制品的使用也正污染着环境。

我们该如何解决这些问题呢? 如果我们多吃蔬菜，少吃肉类的话，我们就会有更多的食物。
因为同样大小的土地如果种庄稼的话会比养殖动物多养活五倍多的人。
如果我们学会再利用的话，自然资源就能持续更久。
如果人们使用现代化的生育控制方法，世界人口就不会增长如此迅猛。

I am glad to be here to share my opinions with all of you. My topic today is about Internet.正文 With the development of technology, more and more people are fond of using Internet. An excellent student flunked (考试不及格) because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in computer games. The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents, which affects teenagers ' mental health. Many games involve violence, such as fighting and killing. When they enjoy the pleasure of success, a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them, which may induce future violent behaviour in their life.So when computers' entertaining function is highly spoken of ,such a problem does deserve our serious concern.In addition, long time's working before computer also does harm to health. 环境与发展-Development and the Environment Development and the Environment It is undeniable that the worsening environment has become the biggest concern of the present-day world. Land resources are dwindling because of water loss and soil erosion. Waste gases poison the air we breathe. The rivers and lakes are polluted by waste dumped in them from factories. It is probably no exaggeration to say that deterioration of the quality of the environment threatens the existence of mankind itself. Some people are of the opinion that the environmental problem is the price we have to pay for economic development. But I do not think that this argument is valid. After all, what is the point of economic growth if people’s lives are adversely alfected by worsening environmental pollution? There is plenty of evidence to show that sustainable development can be achieved by balancing economic growth with protection of the environment. The key to achieving this is to make people aware of the seriousness of the problem. Both governments and ordinary citizens should join hands to make this world a better place to live in, not only for ourselves, but also for future generations. 环境与发展 不可否认的是环境恶化已成为当今世界上人们最担心的事了。

关键是使人们意识到问题的严重性。
政府和普通市民两方都应该携手使地球成为更适合人类居住的地方，这不仅是为我们自己，也是为我们的后代。
