Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young . When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80. However, some unstable and uncertain factors to world peace and development are also on rise, with regional conflict, terrorism, the gap between north and south, environmental degradation, and trade barriers challenging world peace and development. Maintaining world peace and promoting common development is the shared goal of people in all countries. The Chinese are willing to work with everyone in the world to promote the establishment of a new international political and economic order that is just and rational, promote democratization of international relations, respect diversities in the world, help establish a new security concept and endeavour to realize a balanced and sustainable development of the world economy.
