听到这个消息，你是否会大吃一惊
最近，英国癌症研究专家发出了迄今为止最严重的手机警告：因使用手机致死的人数已经超过吸烟受害者
1992 年，美国出现了第一起因为手机引发脑瘤的诉讼案。
甚至有人建议“没有得出最后结论前，应停止使用手机”。
此案也就此引发了社会对手机导致癌症的广泛关注。
手机虽然方便家长与学生的联系，但却严重地影响了学校的管理和学生的学习。
一、影响身体健康，降低记忆力研究证明，青少年的耳朵和颅骨比较幼嫩，手机辐射会对青少年的脑部神经造成不可逆伤害，配有手机的学生的理解力、反应力、记忆力将会明显下降。

三、干扰他人休息，降低学习效率 相当多的学生使用手机不是为了和父母加强联系，向父母报告学习成绩，而是为了交朋友。
24小时男女同学之间短信发个不停，聊个不尽，学习成绩一落千丈后，他们除了变着法儿向父母要钱之外，其实是很少给父母打电话的。
每当就寝熄灯后，有的学生就借着迷人的夜色和淡淡的月光用手机和和所谓的知心朋友肆无忌惮地说悄悄话，或用手机QQ发肉麻短信，有的寝室甚至用手机集体上网到凌晨，导致寝室的同学都无法入睡。
一些想读书的学生对此深恶痛绝，苦不堪言。

手机的视频、聊天、上网、下载、发短信、玩游戏等功能已远远超过了中学生的使用范围，它应该是成年人使用的娱乐工具，把它交给辨别是非能力差、自控能力弱、好奇心强、贪玩心大、正处在学习知识关键时期的中学生，耽误了他们的学习，断送了他们的前程。
这与家长们给子女佩带手机的原始想法背道而驰。

如果你失去了文明，你是彻彻底底的失败，因为你已经失去了做人的真谛。
文明涵盖了人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间的关系。
它的主要作用，一是追求个人道德完善，一是维护公众利益、公共秩序。
说到文明礼仪，我想到了一个故事。
有一次，列宁同志下楼，在楼梯狭窄的过道上，正碰见一个女工端着一盆水上楼。
那女工一看是列宁，就要退回去给让路。
列宁阻止她说：“不必这样，你端着东西已走了半截，而我现在空手，请你先过去吧
”他把“请”字说得很响亮，很亲切。
然后自己紧靠着墙，让女工上楼了，他才下楼。
这不也是良好文明礼仪的体现么
这里我不想过多地举伟人的例子，因为这很容易令大家产生一种错觉：认为文明礼仪只是伟人、名人才具备，那么我们将无需为自己或多或少的不文明言行而愧疚；或者认为即使践行了文明的要求，也并不因之成为伟人、名人。
我们不但要有讲道德的大人物，我们更需要一群有道德的民众。

这就是古人所说的：格物、致知、诚意、正心、修身。
完善个人道德修养，便有了推进社会公共文明的基础。
而一个社会的文明氛围对他的民众亦有莫大的影响。
为什么这么讲呢
相信有的同学去过欧洲或日本，就很有亲身体会。
大的不说，只看看过马路这样的小事。
只要亮起红灯，纵使马路上一辆车都没有，外国人绝不会过马路。
他们认为这是必须遵守的公共文明。
试问，在如此的氛围中，有谁会肆无忌惮的闯红灯呢
这就是社会氛围的力量所在。
有记者访问一个获得诺贝尔奖的科学家，“教授，您人生最重要的东西是在哪儿学到的呢
”，“在幼儿园。

”我们接受文明礼仪的教育，自己却吝于履行、甚至反其道而行之，这跟从来没有接受社会教育有什么区别!所以我们要实践社会文明，就要从这“知行合一”上下功夫、从自己的坐言起行上下功夫，就要告别不文明的行为。
我们不必埋怨这个社会的文明水平不高；不必怨艾自己的力量太单薄，对社会的影响不大。
试想一下，面包里的酵母不是很少吗
可是，单凭这一点酵母，不是就把面包发起来了么。
我们每一位同学都应该做这个时代的酵母，让自己的酵素，在这个社会起到应有的作用。
同学们，让我们行动起来，“新世纪新时代，新国家新文明”，不要让文明下，不要让文明只在纸上出现，要让它活跃在我们当中，让文明无所不在，让我们做文明的主人，让“文明与我同行”
