你好，我是一名归国同传译员，希望这些经验对你有帮助。
同传要素包括:1.语言能力：中英双语，基本靠多读、多背，没有捷径可走。
另外，还要练习双语的对应，听到中文信息时，在脑海中思考其英文，反之亦然，养成这样的思考习惯，有利于加快你的反应速度。
2.百科知识：各个领域的知识最好都知道一点，尤其是世界热点问题。
还是得多读。
我的方法是看报、视译演讲稿和发言稿。
3.口译技巧: 像是顺句驱动、如何切句、并句、补句、听主干、学会抓重点等等。
先了解这些技巧是什么，然后学习在口译练习的时候使用。
最好准备一个可录音的MP3，练完以后再重新听自己的口译，找出问题所在（下文会提出译员常见问题）。
4.一心多用：非常重要的能力，有很多成功的交传人员或者翻译人员却不能做同传，就是因为不能一心多用。
意思就是能在说的同时，听下一句，并且分析其内容，转化成目标语。
最好的练习方法是影子练习，简单来说就是边听边重复，不能漏说，不能跟得太紧（人说一字你说一字是没有效果的，一般要练到半句以上），慢慢调整，跟得越远越好。
同传译员常见问题（瓶颈所在）1.说的时候就忘了听下一句，结果整段都云里雾里。
解决的办法，首先是提高一心多用的能力，据我的经验，中国译员最佳的状态是大部分注意力放在听，小部分放在分析和说，才能比较好的保证不漏听。
第二是在现场的时候，一旦发现自己漏听，就先停下来别说，等明白了下一个意群再开始说。
总之，保证听，是最重要的一环。
2.听的懂英文，但反应不过来中文要将什么。
主要是中英文的对应能力还不够。
请参照上文提到的，练习双语对应的方法。
3.听不懂英文。
语言能力不够，对句子结构不熟悉。
除了通过多听、多看、多说来提高语言能力，可以找一些关于英文句子结构，或是中英句子结构对比的书来看一看。
另外可以通过练习笔译来提高。
4.听不懂口音。
英美口音是我们比较常接触的，难得是中东、日本、韩国的口音。
多找找这方面的资料进行联系。
装个代理软件，在YOUTUBE里找是最简单的方法。
5.数字反应不过来。
很正常，还是要多练习，找到中英文数字对应的规律，大数字，小数字都要练。
6.百科知识不够用。
可能案子以来，才发现这个主题从来没有接触过。
就要培养自己迅速学习的能力：查找与该学科相关的基础知识，然后大量阅读：抓核心概念、抓中心句、背关键词、背中英对应的术语，之后练习复述（最好用目标语）7.逻辑能力不强。
抓不到终点，听到一长串，不会抓主要信息，也不会SUMMARIZE。
平时多做逻辑练习，如线上逻辑训练和英语阅读理解，找文章的中心思想和段落的中心句。
另外介绍一个很好的方法：找同学成立练习小组，一人做译员（练口译技巧），一人做讲者（练表达能力、扩展百科知识）、一人做观众（以旁观者的角度更能看清别人的优缺点，提出来，帮助同伴进步，同时也可以学习他人的遣词用句和口译技巧的应用，与此同时进行自我反省）
