要谋求成功和幸福，我们的人生就不能没有一个目标。
目标对于成功，犹如空气对于生命，没有目标的人不可能成功。
如果一艘轮船在大海中失去了方向，就会在海上打转，直到把燃料用完，仍然到达不了岸边。
事实上，它所用掉的燃料，已足以使它来往于大海两岸好几次。
一个人如果没有明确的目标以及达到这些目标的明确计划，不管他如何努力工作，都像是一艘失去方向舵的轮船。

尤其甚者，这百分之三的人的财富总和，居然大于另外百分之九十七的所有学生的财富总和，而这，就是设定目标的力量。

有人说，自我价值体现在一种成就感，是一种自我需要得到满足后的幸福感。
