For Example, most teenagers get pressured into getting good grades or to push themselves to take chances and that's what we need to have in our lives. A little extra something to help us build up our self-confidence.也许有人不太同意我，但是同龄人压力有时候并不是坏事．它可以在很多不同的事情上对人产生帮助．例如：许多青少年要求自己取得好成绩或者迫使自己得到机会，这就是我们生活中所需要的好一一面．可以建立我们自信的那么一点点小事情．This Pressure can also be a bad thing. Just as it helps to push us to do well it can damage the emotional health of a person as well. 当我们开车时，我们可以开的慢一些来减少灰尘与噪音；当我们买冰箱时，我们应该选择绿色冰箱；当我们想要扔东西时，我们应该确定它是否可以重新利用。
我们也可以植树造林，拒绝使用…… 爱自然就是爱自己，我们为自然做的一点一滴都会得到回报。
自然并不属于某个人，每个人都有责任去做他可以做的每一件事去保护它。

Now the master seems to be confronted with problems that are far beyond his control. the holes of the ozone layer make the earth less suitable to live for some creatures including human beings.
