Scientists in Californian asked a group of actors to act five different feelings; happiness, sadness, anger, surprise and fear—just using their faces.  During they were acting, the change in their heart rate, blood pressure and temperature were written down. Most of the feelings they acted didn’t cause any changes, but when the actors smiled, their heart rate and their blood pressure went down. This happened even though they were only acting! So even if we really feel sad inside, smiling also seems to make us feel better.  Besides those, smiling also helps to keep things in perspective. Being interfered by friends or a flat tyre won’t seem quite so bad if you can see the funny side. So if you find yourself in a stressful situation, try to imagine how it must seem to an outsider and let yourself giggle. As a psychologist once wrote: “If people try to show a positive reaction instead of a negative one, this will eventually become part of their personality. At last,I think everyone need to be confident,just like Akeelah says: Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. You are the child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in all of us. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. 谁有微笑着面对生活的名人事例

张海迪 5 岁时因患脊髓瘤,高位截瘫,她因此没有进过学校,童年时就以顽强的毅力自学知识,她先后自学了小学、中学、大学的专业课程。

张海迪 15 岁时随父母下放聊城莘县一个贫穷的小山村,但她没有惧怕艰苦的生活,而是以乐观向上的精神奉献自己的青春。

在那里给村里小学的孩子们教书,并且克服种种困难学习医学知识,热心地为乡亲们针灸治病,在莘县期间,她无偿地为人们治病一万多人次,受到人们的热情赞誉。

1983 年,海迪走上了文学创作的道路,她以顽强的毅力克服疾病和困难,精益求精地进行创作,执着地为文学而战,至今已出版的作品有:长篇小说《轮椅上的梦》、《绝顶》。

散文集《鸿雁快快飞》、《向天空敞开的窗口》、《生命的追问》。

翻译作品《海边诊所》、《丽贝卡在新学校》、《小米勒旅行记》、《莫多克——一头大象的真实故事》等。

她的作品在社会上在青少年中引起了很强的反响,长篇小说《轮椅上的梦》已经在日本、韩国出版。

(一)  我们在这个多姿多彩的世界里生活,经历过快乐,也有过悲伤,在失败中体会到了人世间的酸甜苦辣,在成功里找到让自己继续前进的自信心。

现实的社会里,微笑是人间最真实的语言,失败的时候给自己一个微笑,让自己更深入的了解自己,在这次的失败看到自己的不足,在下次避免走上次同样的弯路,这样似乎每一次失败在生活中都起了重要的角色,现在失败得越多,以后所遭遇到的失败就越少。

最后我们走上的一是条已经经历过风霜磨练,平坦无阻的大道。

  泰国商人施利华,是商界上拥有亿万资产的风云人物。

1997年的一次金融危机使他破产了,面对失败,他 只说了一句:“好哇

又可以从头再来了

”生活,也应该如此,在每一次失败中微笑,给予自己继续前进的自信心,把失败看作是成功的垫脚石,学会拥抱成功,走向成功。

发表《进化论》的达尔文当年决定放弃行医时,遭到父亲的斥责:“你放着正经事不干,整天只管打猎、捉狗捉耗子的。

”另外,达尔文在自传上透露:“小时候,所有的老师和长辈都认为我资质平庸,和聪明是沾不上边的。

”爱因斯坦4岁才会说话,7岁才会认字,老师给他的评语是:“反应迟钝,不合群,满脑袋不切实际的幻想。

”他曾遭到退学的命运,在申请苏黎士技术学院时也被拒绝。

这些为人类做出贡献的伟大的科学家,从小资质就没有其他人高,平庸的资质让他们在生活中注定要遭到更多的失败,以至于他们在无数失败中成长,在无数失败中纠正错误,最终都走向了成功。

所以,每一次失败都成了一笔巨大的财富,我们应该珍惜每一次失败,用微笑去珍惜它,认真面对它,细心的体验它,这样,我们最终就会走向成功。

  (二)  世界上有一种不会凋谢的花朵,那就是微笑;它不分四季,不分南北,只要有人群的地方就会开放。

越是纯洁的心灵,越是为其之美。

  近期央视“艺术人生”和“新闻调查”栏目相继向全国电视观众介绍了一个人,这个人叫丛飞。

丛飞是谁

他是深圳一个普通的歌手,一个没有固定工作没有单位的30出头的男人,但就是这个脸上始终带笑的歌手,在11年的时间里,他参加了400多场义演,捐出了自己辛辛苦苦挣来的300万元,资助了178名贫困学生。

如今他是一个病人------一个被诊断为“胃癌晚期”却连医疗费也付不起的病人,但是他始终用微笑面对生活。

当然,丛飞还有另外的一些很光荣的头衔:爱心大使、五星级义工、中国百名优秀志愿者。

而丛飞在接受采访时则笑着说:“有人说我有3个头衔:傻子、疯子、神经病。

”  一个被诊断为“胃癌晚期”却连医疗费也付不起的病人也能用微笑面对生活,为什么我们不能呢

有人说:“活着就是幸福,就是胜利,就是一切。

”可我却不这么认为。

如果人在生活中,连起码的微笑也没有,那他会幸福吗

如果我们用微笑面对生活,生活也会用微笑面对你。

  微笑像阳光,给大地带来温暖;微笑像雨露,滋润着大地。

微笑拥有和爱心一样的魔力,可以使饥寒交迫的人感到人间的温暖;可以使走入绝境的人重新看到生活的希望;可以使孤苦无依的人获得心灵的慰藉;还可以使心灵枯萎的人感到情感的滋润。

俗话说的好,笑一笑,十年少。

”因而我们面对生活,应有一种积极乐观的态度。

其实,我们度过一天时,心情高兴,一天的时间会逝去,心情愁闷,一天的时间也会逝去,那么为何不高兴地度过每一天呢

  我们遇到挫折时,微笑是成功的起点;遇到烦恼时,微笑是思想上的解脱;心情舒畅时,微笑是愉悦的表现。

  当见到久别了的朋友,激动之情难于言表时,微笑便是表达感情的最好方式;当朋友陷于困境时,给他一个微笑,这是对他的最大鼓励;当相互之间产生误会时,给对方一个微笑,便是误会烟消云散的最好方法;当自己遇到挫折时,微笑面对困难,能使自己重新树立生活的信心。

  困难没什么大不了,就怕自己不敢面对;挫折也无所谓,就怕自己没了信心,坎坷又如何,只怕自己还未曾尝试。

生活中,艰难困苦,伤心忧郁在所难免,没有人能随便便成功,把握生命里的每一次感动,用真心的笑容,去迎接雨后的彩虹。
