下面是节目单活动具体流程：（有参加的人就有奖品，但输的那组要惩罚）1、7：30 活动开始。
主持人上台；会长宣布活动开始；大二干事合唱 我们的纪念册（唱歌时放之前的照片）2、7：40 猜词 游戏规则：需要ABC（3人）合作，A背对屏幕猜英语单词，B C做动作语言表述词语（一定要讲英语），2分钟内猜出最多单词的那组赢，最少就输，参加人数3～4组。
3、7：55 K歌大比拼 游戏规则：要6或9个人上去（分成3组），主持人播放英文歌曲，他们猜歌名，5分钟内猜到最多的赢，少的就输。
4、8：10 铁人三项 游戏规则：请3、4个人上去，按照主持人吩咐的去做（戴着眼罩转3圈，走到桌子前面，拿起可乐倒在杯子里，拿给特定的人喝，然后在他身上拿走手表，戴在自己手上。
时间越短者赢，最慢的输。
）6、8：40 单词接龙 游戏规则：邀请10个人上去，分成两组，主持人讲出一个单词，然后按顺序接下去（如pen-nice-eight-tea-and-duck），单词不可以重复，接不上去的输。
到最后有两个输，两个赢。
7、9：00 有奖问答 游戏规则：请6个人上去，分成三组，主持人问问题，三组人抢答，先举手的答，答对加1分，错减1分，问完所有问题后，最高分的那一组赢，最低分的输。
8、9：20 传气球 游戏规则：在人群的两边放两个气球，主持人放音乐，音乐停止，气球落在谁手上谁就要受罚。

尊敬学校领导、老师，亲爱的同学们：大家好，今天我们演讲的主题是：做最好己。
世界是丰富多彩的，人生也是这样。
每个人都拥有不同的人生，唯有做最好的自己，才会让生命闪光发亮，更加美丽多姿。
正因为有了花儿，这世界才变得芬芳艳丽；正因为有了鸟儿，天空才会有群鸟展喉；正因为有了风儿，柳枝才会扭动腰身翩翩起舞；正因为有了树儿，炎夏里才有了荫凉。
每件事物，在世界上都有着不同的位置。
人，也是这样。
也许，你不曾拥有出众的外表，也许，你不曾拥有敏捷的头脑，也许，你不曾拥有惊人的智慧；但是，时刻不要忘记：你就是你，你在这世界上是独一无二的存在着。
要相信，“天生我材必有用”，只要做最好的自己，你就将是下一个奇迹
我曾听老人讲过这样一个故事：一天清早，一个园丁走进花园，竟然发现一大片的花草树木都奄奄一息，了无生息。
惊讶之余，他问榕树究竟发生了什么事，榕树说它不想活下去了，因为他无法像松树那样高大雄伟。
松树也沮丧地告诉园丁它想自我了断，因为他不像苹果树那样，能结出可口的果子。
但是一旁的苹果树也在抱怨，说他自己不能像槐树一样，浑身散发着芳香。
最后，园丁来到花园的一角，看到一株不起眼的小花，只见它生机盎然，一身绿意。
“你为什么在如此消沉的环境中仍能昂首挺立着”园丁好奇地问。
不起眼的小花快乐地回答：“我知道自己不过是株小花，但我决定扮演好自己的角色，做一朵最好的小花，于是，我也就很快乐啊!”如果你是棵茂盛的榕树，就不要去羡慕松树的挺拔，是棵高大的松树，就不要羡慕能结出美味的果实的苹果树，是棵硕果累累的苹果树，就不要羡慕芬芳的槐树。
每个事物的存在都有多钟原因，不要过分的羡慕别人，从而漠视自己的存在。
我们在座的每一位同学也是一样，不要以为世界不需要你，就把自己孤立在一个单独的世界里，而应该把自己也变成世间的一员，并努力做最好的自己，这样你便会使世界上因为多了一个你，而变得更加绚丽多彩。
说到这里又有人会问，那么该怎样做最好的自己呢
首先要了解自己，明白自己是个怎样的人：有哪些优点和缺点，有什么兴趣和爱好，有什么理想和志向。
其次你要接纳自己，不管是高矮、黑白、胖瘦、俊丑、贫富，你就是你自己，你要满心喜悦的面对自己，能够像欣赏艺术品一样欣赏自己。
然后要不断完善自己，做最好的自己。
当然最好不是和别人比，因为天外有天，人外有人，和别人比较，你永远都成不了最好的一个，你也永远享受不到那种喜悦。
最好，是和过去的自己比较，努力让自己的每一今天都有新收获，有新进步。
做最好的自己不必在乎你昨天是怎样的人，因为只要努力，你就可以做得更好，只要你坚持努力，你完全可以成为最好的自己。
作为一名现代社会中的初中生，学会做最好的自己尤为重要，因为只有这样你才能在不断超越自我的同时超越别人，跨上更高的一级人生台阶。
