我演讲的题目是《放飞理想，青春无悔》.我是一个喜欢幻想，对未来充满无限美好希望的女孩儿。
三年前我终于实现了自己的梦想，来到了向往已久的东北师范大学，那一刻我想对整个世界呐喊：我终于自由了，终于摆脱了学业的负担，终于逃脱了父母的唠叨，终于可以在这自由的天地随心所欲了。
兴奋、激动、新奇几乎充斥着我的生活，天天和身边的同学一起吵着闹着去寻找所谓的自由多彩的生活，去过那只羡悠闲不羡仙的生活。
直到有一件事情深深地触动了我，给沉浸在享乐中，不思进取的我当头一棒，将我拉回了现实。
那是2002年大四学长们的告别舞会。
同是在舞会上，有的学长神采飞扬，侃侃而谈；有的眉头紧皱，郁郁寡欢，从他们不同的神态和表现中，我感受到了他们不同的心情。
那一夜我彻夜未眠，一种莫名的空虚和寂寞添满了我的心胸。
我扪心自问：难道大学就是沉迷于网吧，混混噩噩的度日
就是捧着武侠、言情，昏昏迷迷的生活
就是追求光鲜的衣着，都市的生活，吵吵闹闹的过活
不、不、不，大学绝对不是这样的。
大学到底是什么
我在思考着这个问题，我也清醒的意识到，我要重新树立自己的奋斗目标，重新确立自己的人生追求。
我要在大学生活结束时，胸有成竹的步入职场，而不是慨叹自己年华似水流。
我的思路越来越清晰，大学不是我们人生追求奋斗的终点，不是贪图享受、不思进取的安乐窝，它是立大志成大业，从多方面充实自己、发展自己的地方；是钻研所学成为优秀人才的地方。
我要充实的度过大学里的每一天。
为了未来，为了希望，我要激扬青春，放飞理想。
我要向自己的弱项挑战，将挑战自我变为最大的乐趣。
我最差的一门功课是英语，以至于一到英语考场上就心慌意乱，几乎丧失了学习英语的信心和斗志。
我曾经安慰过自己说：没事，大不了咱找一个不用英语的工作。
然而我发现现实不是这么回事，考查英语水平几乎成为用人单位通设的门槛。
“不在沉默中爆发，就在沉默中灭亡”，我坚定的选择了前者，我要爆发。
我要重整旗鼓，找回自信，一定要将学习英语进行到底。
于是我给自己拟订了一个学英语的计划：每天背50个单词，听1个小时听力，读半个小时英语，做4篇阅读理解和1篇完型填空。
计划写起来简单，可做起来就难了。
何况我已经懒散了半年多了，早上谁不想在被窝里多待一会；午餐后谁不想好好的睡上一觉；晚饭后谁不想听听音乐和大家神侃一阵呢
每天在教学楼里，一待就是一整天，学习实在太辛苦，太枯燥无味了。
有时我真的好想扔下书本到网上逛几个小时；真想到室外和同学们去疯一阵。
有几次，我本来是要到教室去自习，可是走着走着就到了超市租书的小屋。
一边是无比重要的学业，一边是无比诱人的小说，十字路口我该向哪里走
理智告诉我，如果再像以前一样沉迷，那么一切将前功尽弃。
于是我收回了已迈进书屋的双腿，走向了教室。
在那段日子我还学会了利用零散的时间来补充由于其它事情占用的时间，每天早上提前起床到食堂去读英语，中午放弃午休到教室里去做习题，课间尽量利用时间来背单词，晚上临睡觉的一个小时用来听听力。
时间是挤出来的，小块时间一样可以实现大块时间的效用。
学习亦是有苦有甜，有一段时间里我做英语题的准确率停滞不前，有时甚至会错很多题，尤其是阅读理解，最让我头疼。
我是急性子，一看到自己错了那么多题，心中就好像熊熊烈火在燃烧，我会一气之下，把卷子撕掉，要不就团成一团，用力的捏，以解心头之恨。
但这样做过之后就是冷静下来后的撕了再粘好，弄皱后的再展平。
我知道我做这些，是在粘贴我的心境，抚慰我的心灵。
学习不是一蹴而就的事情，学习必须克服焦躁情绪。
万事开头难，只要能够坚持，学习就会成为你的习惯，成为生活中的一部分，它并不像想像中的那样可怕。
只要一想到自己顺利过级的情景，我就会觉得热血沸腾，又有了拼搏的力量。
现在回想起来，真正支持我度过难关的其实是我心中对美好未来的向往，对理想的执着追求。
天道酬勤，我的付出终于得到了回报。
我以让自己和家人满意的成绩一次性通过了全国英语四级六级考试，并获得了全国口语A级证书。
那段时间，我虽然把很多的时间用在薄弱的英语上，但我并没有忽视专业课的学习。
连续三年我获得了“校长奖学金”、“一等奖学金”，并获得“优秀学生”称号，“社会工作奖学金”, “教师技能奖学金”，并在省级刊物上发表了自己的论文。
为了考察自己三年来专业课学习的水平，评估一下自己真正的实力，同时也是为了更好的把理论与实践结合起来，大三上学期我又参加了国家劳动部组织的“人力资源管理员任职资格考试”，并以优异的成绩取得了任职资格。
为了青春梦想我努力从各方面来发展自己，充实自己，我知道不懈奋斗和追求正在成为我内在的品格，我正在迎来一个更加崭新的天地。
每个人都是有惰性的，关键是我们如何激发自己，激励自己，让自己如同战场上的勇士一样始终保有战斗的热情，不被安逸所打倒，不被诱惑所动摇。
我们每个人都有自己存在的意义，我们应该用自己的智慧与双手实现自己的价值，为了实现自己的理想，不要向眼前的困难低头。
让我们活出自己的人生和自己的风采。
在大学这个开放的环境中，我深深的体会到，我们是生活在一个人才辈出的时代。
掌握知识、掌握信息就意味着快人一步，就意味着成功，我们应该学会利用手中的一切信息资源。
所以我一有时间我就会钻进资料室或图书馆阅读各种书籍，对有价值的信息做了详细的记录。
博览群书不光让我知晓了国内外的大事，知道了其他专业的信息，更重要的是它提高了我对专业问题的认识水平，拓展了我认识事物的宽度和广度。
在过去的三年时间里，我还利用五一、十一长假和寒暑假到各地去旅游，我去了北京、上海、南京、杭州、大连、青岛等城市，今年暑假我还去了邻国朝鲜，读万卷书，更要行万里路。
出去旅游不仅让我领略到各地的风土人情，自然风光，开阔了眼界，同时更是锻炼了自己多方面的能力。
亲身体会世界之广阔，天地之精彩，体会所谓的“山外有山，人外有人”，让我真正感觉到人不能满足于现状，而是要奋力赶超，不断超越。
在奋斗与追求中体味人生滋味，为我平静的生活注入更多的活力，让我一直有足够的激情去热爱生活，热爱生命中的一切。
我珍惜每一次机会，愿意在每一次实践中锻炼自己。
在大一下半学期，我在班委会竞选中以全票通过的绝对优势当选为01级人力资源管理专业的班长。
看着同学们那真诚信赖的目光，看着同学们那热切期待的眼神，我已掂出了这一副担子的份量。
我决心真心实意的把全班的事情放在心上，把同学的冷暖放在心上。
为了丰富大家的大学生活，为了让大家虽远离家乡却能体会到家人般的温暖，我们班委会举办了很多次活动，如春游、人力资源管理专业新老生见面会、联欢晚会、小型座谈会等。
在英语四级考试前夕，班级陷入一种沉闷的气氛中，无形的压力让大家都觉得透不过气来，当时我本人也在承受着考试压力的煎熬。
但是，强大的责任感，让我清醒的认识到如果此时不帮助大家减轻思想负担，不调节紧张的心情，一定会影响同学们考场上的正常发挥，此时的解压工作，要比多做几套模拟试题都要管用。
于是我带领班委们主动和同学们谈心，希望大家互相学习，互相鼓励。
让大家认识到无论遇到什么问题、什么困难，我们都不是孤军奋战而是同舟共济、共度难关。
英语四级考试成绩公布了，我们班是学院英语四级考试一次性通过率最高的班级。
三年多来，我们01级人力系就是一个相互关爱，和谐温馨的大家庭。
2002年我们班参与了竞争“东北师范大学重点建设班级”的评选活动。
如果当选不仅能得到“重点班级”这个光荣的称号，同时班级也可以获得500元的发展资金。
我暗下决心：为了在全校展示一个全新向上的班集体，我一定要带领大家努力去争取。
于是我们班委会将班级建设的方方面面做了一个详细的回顾，并与全体同学共同展望了我们班集体今后的发展远景。
初赛时我们详实的汇报让评委们对我们的班级体有了很好的第一印象。
可是复赛的难度就大了，不仅要求参赛班级有文字说明，还需要班长当场做述职演说。
身为班长的我真的有些怕了，我并不是害怕演讲，只是以往的演讲仅代表自己，如果失误也只是丢我一个人的脸，可这次我要代表的是我们01级人力系这个集体，我一个人的失误，会影响整个班集体的形象。

从小娇生惯养、任性懒惰的我，在学生工作中学会了理解、学会了包容、学会了关心他人，也感受到了人间最温暖、最美好的同学情。

我是一个生活在温馨和睦家庭的独生女，父母稳定的工作为我创造了衣食无忧的生活，我所希望得到的东西，只要开口父母就会尽全力满足，所以让我习惯了不劳而获，习惯了安逸享受，习惯了把父母的爱当作是理所应当，应该应份。
但现在当我已经是一个成年人，当我每每想到父母送站时那难舍的眼神，那不舍离去的身影；想到通电话时那难掩的担忧，难诉的思念；想到父母那已不再乌黑的双鬓和不在挺拔的脊背时，我不禁要问自己，我是否真的能问心无愧地享受父母所给予的一切，而没有感动、没有感激。

《放飞梦想》演讲稿 在人的一生中， 梦想在小时后建立的人，加上以后的努力，这样 的人多数会成功——实现梦想。
要放飞梦想，首先就要有梦想， 要是 没有梦想， “放飞梦想”这个主题就是空谈。
在查看了我们学校的学生的梦想，在一千多人里，有 30% 多的人 有短期梦想，但长期梦想的人仅有不到 10% 。
因此，我想谈谈梦想这 个东西。
在外国一次实验中， 拥有长期梦想的孩子长大都能成就一番 事业。
在没有梦想的的人，长大之后成了无业游民；没有梦想的人，长 大只会忧郁无乐；没有梦想的人，长大只会犯罪。
这些都是没有梦想 的弊病。
因此，要在现在建立起梦想。
我个人的认为，自信也是成功 的基础，有了基础，梦想的实现回近了一步。
梦想的实践过程不是每天的空想， 而是努力的付出。
比如梦想成 为音乐家，就要每天去付出， 直到你满意才可以停下一会儿。
梦想不 是空谈， 而是需要具体的计划。
大多数的人都轻视梦想， 使得成功的 人只有一点点，因为大多数人都遇到了困难就停止前进从而导致失 败。
梦想，尽量把它提高难度，因为即使成功不了，也可以达到比低 的要求要好。
在古代三国时期，刘备的梦想是统一天下， 这个庞大的 梦想， 使他努力奋斗， 为 “统一天下” 的梦想努力， 虽然最后失败了， 但也达到最好的效果。
他放飞梦想和他成功了从这里，知道了理想是多么重要的。
因此，有短梦想的人也要建立起一个以上的梦想。
我个人觉得放飞梦想和成功了后，不能骄傲，只能有自信。
因为有了自负，就会自以为了不起，往往过高地估计自己，看不起别人，自负是自信的误区。
因此，我们要建立梦想。
我们的人生都是一个平凡的梦，从落地那一刻起，我们就是为一个梦而来
同样我们在离开这个世界的时候，也同样带着自己的梦而去。
在梦的呼唤中，我们渐渐长大，思想渐渐成熟，学到的知识越来越多，明白的道理越来越多。
我们的梦也越来越有内涵，越来越丰富。
忘不了那一次次翻书山渡题海的白天夜晚；忘不了那一个个欢乐辛酸共存的岁月；更忘不了那一位位耳提面命谆谆教导的可敬恩师……面对过去的岁月，我们敞开自己心灵的心扉之门，接受阳光的沐浴，倾听时间的叮咛，放飞我们的梦想。
梦想是实现远大抱负的基石；梦想是积蓄力量的开端；梦想是理性认识世界的必要条件；梦想是齐家治国平天下的前提。
为此，尊德，育能，明责，博爱。
我们将时刻准备着……雄鸡高唱划破了寂静的黎明，惊醒了梦中的少年，点亮了那盏古老不朽的油灯，借着微弱的灯光打理好沉重的行囊，开始踏上新的征程。
东方的旭日冉冉升起，留给故土的是一串依恋的脚印和不舍的情怀。
再见了亲爱的土地，我们有我们的梦想，我们要去面对新的一切。
命运之舵已掌握在自己手中，自己的路由自己走。
相信自己，努力奋斗吧，乌云过后必定是晴空。
做时间的主人，争取每一分每一秒，当拼搏之船启航时，你是否准备好了
