演讲稿怎么写演讲稿也叫演说辞,它是在较为隆重的仪式上和某些公众场所发表的讲话文稿。

演讲稿是进行演讲的依据,是对演讲内容和形式的规范和提示,它体现着演讲的目的和手段,演讲的内容和形式。

除非是个别的大师,大部分人在演讲前都要准备演讲稿范文,因此演讲稿怎么写非常重要,本文提供演讲稿范文的写作方法。

演讲稿的格式与一般文章的格式原则大致相同,分为1.开头;2.主体;3.结尾三个部分。

但演讲是具有时间性和空间性的活动,具有一定的鼓动性和感染力,因而,演讲稿范文与一般文章还是略有不同,尤其是它的开头和结尾有特殊的要求。

一、开头开头要点:要抓住听众,引人入胜演讲稿的开头,也叫开场白。

它在演讲稿的格式中处于显要的地位,好的演讲稿,一开头就应该用最简洁的语言、最经济的时间,把听众的注意力和兴奋点吸引过来,这样,才能达到出奇制胜的效果。

二、主体主体要点:环环相扣,层层深入主体是演讲稿的主要部分。

在行文的过程中,要处理好思路、节奏和衔接等几个问题。

首先是思路,思路清晰的演讲才能引导听众,最简单的思路是用数字序号来表达内容的层次,如提出3个问题,第1、第2、第3,或有3种方法等等。

数字序号在结构上环环相扣,层层深入,能表达清晰的思路。

此外,演讲稿中使用过渡句,或用“首先”“其次”“然后”等语词来区别层次,也是使演讲思路清晰的有效方法。

其次是节奏,是指演讲内容在结构安排上表现出的张弛起伏。

节奏变化会使听众不至于疲劳,如在演讲稿范文中,适当地插入幽默、诗文、轶事等,使演讲内容不单一,以便听众的注意力能够长时间地保持高度集中。

当然节奏是为内容服务的,插入的内容应该与演讲主题相呼应,另外,节奏变换过于频繁,也会造成听众注意力涣散。

第三是衔接,是把演讲中的各个内容层次联结起来,使之具有浑然一体的整体感。

由于前面提到的节奏的需要,容易使演讲稿的结构显得零散。

衔接是对结构松紧、疏密的一种弥补,它使各个内容层次的变换更为巧妙和自然,使演讲稿富于整体感,有助于演讲主题的深入人心。

演讲稿结构衔接的方法主要是运用同两段内容、两个层次有联系的过渡段或过渡句。

三、结尾结尾要点:简洁有力,余音绕梁结尾是演讲内容的自然结束。

言简意赅、余音绕梁的结尾能够震撼听众,促使听众不断地思考和回味。

演讲稿结尾没有固定的格式,可以是对演讲全文要点进行简明扼要的小结,也可以是号召性、激励性的口号,也可以是名人名言以及幽默的话,结尾的重要原则是:一定要给听众留下深刻的印象。

What's Important To You....May not be important to someone else.....Does that make it any less importan? I think not!After reading blogs at two of my favorite spaces today, Yellow's & Molly's, I now have the incentive to write about this. I have for many years felt very strongly about respecting other peoples feelings....as we all should. No matter how frustrated I may get with anyone of them, I will defend them to the end and will always stick up for them. That's why I guess it really bothers me when one will be so enthused about something, or needs to do something a certain way, or just thinks what they are doing is great, and another, because they don't see it that way, thinks it's not important. Sluffs it off as insignificant....no big deal....I don't care!That's just not right....when something is important to someone else and not to you, you should respect their feelings and not deflate their enthusiasm. Don't you think? I mean isn't that the Right thing to do? I think so.I see this happen with my Mom so much lately. She's 77 and her health has been taking a nose dive. We brought her back here to live and to be closer so we could help her. She is VERY set in her ways and I have come to know those ways very well. I know that there are things that she sees as very important. And to tell you the truth, most of them I don't see her way! But, I know that it means so much to her and I won't discourage her or make her feel bad just because I don't feel the same way. It pretty much breaks my heart when I see one of my siblings roll their eyes and act as if she hasn't got a clue. Well she does and this is what she wants!I don't know where I'm going with all of this. I guess I just felt it was time to vent on this subject. I just know that the way you live your life and the way you treat others is something that everyone see's. One of my favorite quotes what goes around comes around pretty much sums it up I suppose.   结构清楚,逻辑清晰  由于公共演讲的听众一般有数十人甚至数百、数千人,再加上演讲环境的不确定性(比如观众的欢呼或者抱怨),演讲者最好在进入主题之后马上给出所讲内容的框架结构,使听众能跟随演讲者的思路,更好地预判整个演讲内容,以达到良好的演讲效果。

比如,乔布斯在2005年斯坦福大学毕业典礼上的演讲中,开篇稍微寒暄之后就进入正题:“Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That’s it. No big deal. Just three stories.”听众马上能对演讲内容做出预判——今天会听到乔布斯谈三点,然后他们会关注具体是哪三点。

比如要做一场关于“英语演讲的艺术”的演讲,演讲者在一开始就可以指出该演讲对于听众今后的学习、工作将会有很大帮助,甚至可以给出一些数据和实例,让听众明白不听这个演讲将会是一个损失,这样听众就会乐于认真听演讲了。

②使听众感到震惊。

例如要做一场关于“生活方式与疾病”的演讲,开篇就可以给出一组极具冲击力的数据,让听众看到生活方式不健康将会产生多么可怕的后果,这样的震惊能够使听众快速调整状态,投入到听演讲中去。

③引起听众的好奇心。

演讲者可以在开篇指出一种特别的现象,听众出于好奇就会认真听演讲,想知道演讲者如何分析或解释。

④向观众提问。

演讲者可以在开篇提出一个问题,这样可以引发听众的思考,也会引导他们去听演讲者如何解答问题。

此外,也可以在开篇引用一段名言,或是讲述一个故事等,这些基本的开篇方式被无数的演讲证明是实用而且有效的。

  观点明确,支撑有效  毫无疑问,在演讲稿中,主体段的信息量最大,写作量也最大。

如何清晰地阐释演讲者的观点或演讲要点,如何用相关事实有效地支撑演讲者的各个论点或要点,是演讲稿主体段写作时应该把握的关键。

乔布斯在斯坦福大学的毕业演讲中明确给出了三个要点:① The first story is about connecting the dots. ② My second story is about love and loss. ③ My third story is about death.为了清晰、有效地阐述自己想要表达的这三个要点,他运用了以下三种手段:首先是举例子。

首先我们来看看乔布斯的这篇演讲稿,他的结尾比开篇更加出彩,采用的是“引文结尾”的方式,达到了引人深思的效果。

他在结尾说道:Stewart and his team put out several issues of the Whole Earth Catalog, and then when it had run its course, they put out a final issue. It was the mid-1970s, and I was your age. On the back cover of their final issue was a photograph of an early morning country road, the kind you might find yourself hitchhiking on if you were so adventurous. Beneath it were the words 'Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.' It was their farewell message as they signed off. Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish. And I have always wished that for myself. And now, as you graduate to begin anew, I wish that for you. Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.乔布斯不仅在演讲结尾引用了这句Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish(求知若渴,虚怀若谷),而且重复三遍,强化了听众的印象。

一个非常经典的例子是Patrick Henry的演讲“Liberty or Death”。
