*我的学校环境：哈尔滨学院软件学院实行的特色的2.5+1.5办学模式，使得毕业与岗位零距离。

学校其他的硬件设施也很完备。
但学校知名度不高，无法与名校抗衡。
*社会环境：岗位有限，岗位稳定性有限，就业资源有限，等待分配资源的人却越来越多。
*职业环境：软件行业人才供不应求，缺口大 ; *我所向往的企业是大连东软集团有限公司; 前不久我参加软件学院的工信委座谈会。
