一、两个小故事1、一家大型企业招聘总经理助理，两个研究生打败了竞争对手走到了最后一关，其中甲来到总经理办公室。

” “我离住处很远，中午就不回去了，请问有饭补吗

第二、高情商的人目光高远，他们不会沉溺于目前的利益之中。
第三，能够客观理性地对待问题。
善于控制自己的情绪，头脑冷静、行为理智，能抑制感情的冲动，及时化解和排除不良的情绪，性格开朗，心胸豁达，心理健康。
一个高情商的孩子，当他们遇到烦恼时，他们可以自己化解，绝不会做出一些极端的事情来。
第四、能够保持乐观豁达的心态。
常会自我反省，从不同的角度了解、认识自己，能正确地为自己定位。
因此能处理好其周围的一切关系，而成功的几率更大。
第五、能够尊重人理解人。
高情商的人会设身处地的换位思考，领悟对方的感受，尊重他人的意见。
