People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune . The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long . People visit relatives and friends with the words “Have all your wishes ”. My favourite festival is Spring Festival. It is the most important festival in China. Before the festival, people clean their houses completely. And they decorate their houses with different decorations. For example, they usually put paper cuttings on the windows. On the eve of festival, all the family members get together. They have a good meal together, chat with each other and watch TV programms. Then, on the first day of the new year, people eat dumplings made by themselvs. During the festival, they play fireworks. Children are the happiest, because they receive hongbao from their relatives. The festival do not end entil the lunar festival.
