校园,本该是一方净土,文明的殿堂。
然而,近年来,校园内外发生的暴力事件给宁静的校园蒙上了一层阴影。
一些十六七岁的花季少年越来越多地与暴力行为联系在一起,不得不引起的我们的深思。
正如我们正在审理的这起未成年人刑事犯罪案件。
08年10月25日下午六时许，都安县一高中的两名学生黄某与韦某因晒衣服使用顶衣杆问题发生争吵打架，同学见状不妙劝阻其散开，但两人彼此仍耿耿于怀，黄某将自己被打一事告知同在该校就读的老乡刘某，两人约好如黄某再次被打时刘某帮忙，上晚自习期间，黄某上街买回两把水果刀以备用。
晚上10时正值放晚自习，两人再次狭路相逢，黄某、刘某在其宿舍前遇到韦某及其同学谭谋，韦、谭叫黄就事前争吵打架一事向韦道歉，黄不但不从，心中对韦某的怨恨也被激怒，黄某与刘某用随身携带的水果刀将韦、谭两人身上捅刺数刀后逃离现场，韦某和谭谋因伤势过重在被送往医院抢救途中死亡。
思考一:为何几句口角演化成了一起刑事案件? 从同学之间因琐事引发的互殴到师生冲突的发生,从普通的侵害到犯罪,从未成年学生跨校作案到社会黑恶势力的侵入等等,严重威胁着中小学生的安全。

1、学生自身方面 （1）部分学生不珍惜自己的生命,漠视自己的健康。
在现实生活中,中学生自杀、自残事件时有发生,很多学生也缺乏健康意识,任意挥霍自己的身体资本。
(2)由于暴力文化泛滥,青少年学生做事容易冲动,加之部分学生法制观念淡薄,使得他们在与他人发生矛盾后,常常用暴力手段解决问题。
(3)学生对生命健康权了解不足,不能维护自身的生命健康。
2、家庭方面 曾有机构通过对2000多名未成年犯和1000多名普通未成年人的资料进行调查后发现,是未成年人产生不良行为的催化剂。
调查显示,在犯罪前,当他们出现某些不良行为时,受到父母打骂常常不可避免。
给他们带来的不仅是皮肉之苦,更多的是心灵的创伤和行为的扭曲。
一是加剧了不良行为的产生。
被家里人“经常打骂”的孩子,有不良行为的比例高于没有选择被“经常打骂”的孩子。
二是加剧了亲子冲突。
父母打骂孩子的直接后果,不仅使未成年的孩子承受皮肉之痛,更严重的问题是使他们的心灵受到伤害,对父母产生排斥心理,并成为“离家出走”的直接原因。
三是经常在父母的打骂中生活的孩子,极易产生不良的性格特征。
性格暴躁是的内在动因,而父母的打骂则是这一不良性格产生的重要根源。
四是父母的暴力行为成为孩子的攻击性示范对象。
儿童具有强烈的模仿他人行为的倾向,在家庭成员中,父母是年幼的孩子最早模仿的主要对象,而且父母在孩子心目中越是重要、权威性越强,孩子模仿得越起劲。
孩子长期受到父母打骂,就会模仿父母的惩罚性行为,学会粗暴、打斗、残酷,并照父母的这种示范来攻击别人。
3、社会环境方面 在我国,通过网络、电视、影视文学作品、音像制品、小报小刊、电子游戏,青少年可以十分方便地接触了解到暴力场面。
影视作品中的血腥、刺激场面,使暴力虚拟化;以格斗、射击、打杀为主的电子游戏,使人们在游戏中可以尽情使用暴力,某些角色扮演游戏更是在潜移默化地教唆孩子们杀人。
这一切都很容易使认识能力低下,富于易感性和冲动性,自控力薄弱,人格尚未健全的青少年错把“现实”当“虚拟”,使的手段更加冷酷、残忍。
思考二:校园惨案避免的方法 1、加大宣传和教育力度。
要让社会充分认识到校园暴力问题的严重程度以及危害;2、控制暴力文化的传播;3、学校与当地建立联动机制。
学校把发生在校内以及周边地区的不稳定因素尤其是可能引发暴力事件的因素都及时报告,而配合学校进行宣传、教育。
对于实施暴力侵害行为的,一定要及时依法给以惩处;4、从小对未成年人进行的教育;5、加强在校学生方面的教育;6、要抓好家庭教育,家长应当积极履行好监护责任,尤其注重培养孩子善良的人格、良好的道德品质和生活习惯,培养孩子的爱心,让孩子们学会给予和奉献,学会与他人和睦相处。
