可见跑步是多么需要毅力的一件事情。

摒除人类缠绕在自己身上的铁镣，以最纯朴的眼光去看待生命——运动场上运动员迈步奔跑着将风甩在身后，猎豹在草原上狂奔着追逐它的猎物；睡眠中的婴儿轻微的一呼一吸，炙热的阳光下植物缓缓的收拢它的叶子——你霎时就能明白这就是“生命”，不需要任何标准来衡量，只要见到你就能明白；生命用 奇迹征服了你，不需要言语，也不容你争辩。
生命用最原始的方式——运动，来绽放他的火花。
无论是在奔跑还是在休眠，无论是狂奔的猎豹还是缓缓收拢的枝叶，无论是激烈还是温和，生命的运动永不停息。
工作无疑是生命的运动，但要知道休闲也是如此：有的人如康德一般能在不断的创造性的工作中获得乐趣；有的人则将休闲编织成快乐的舞曲；但绝没有人让生命的运动就此停息，当然这里要除去那些魂归天国的亡者，因为他们已经不再是“生”者。
就此而言，孔老夫子的“生无所息”，无疑阐述了智者对于生命真谛的领悟；但“生有所息”也展示了人们对于丰富多彩的生命的期望。
如果一定要对两者下一个结论，那么我认为劳作是休息能够拥有价值的前提，休息则能够保证更好的劳作；两者都是生命的运动，是生命火花的绽放。
事实上我们无谓去争论生无所息还是生有所息，如果你曾经看到这样的一幕——当太阳升起的时候草原从睡梦中清醒，草原上的狮子开始新一天疯狂的奔跑，因为它知道倘若它不能追上麋鹿它就只有在饥饿中死去；麋鹿也疯狂的奔跑起来，因为它知道倘若它甩不开狮子，他就只能葬身于狮子的血盆大口中；他们都在为生命奔波着，直到草原再一次回归梦乡——你的心中一定有了答案。
当你还来不及在“有”或“无”的问题上纠缠的时候，生命已经给出了她最终的答案，生命的哲学无疑不需要咬文嚼字的较真，只有怀揣着对于生命的敬畏去观察去体味。
最终你一定会发现生命于运动那不可分割的的关联，以更深层次的去理解“有息”与“无息”的辨证关系，了解“生命在于运动”，这一经常挂在嘴边的话的内涵。
